Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our spacious and inviting upstairs living room is perfect for unwinding with your favorite streaming services on the 50" TV above the tiled gas fireplace. Relax on the sectional sofa or leather recliner while taking in the ambiance from the fireplace. Additional seating options are available around the bay window, and the beautiful hardwood oak flooring extends throughout the kitchen, dining room, and main hallway.

The kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, above-range microwave, Miele dishwasher, and french door refrigerator/freezer. We provide all the essentials, including pots and pans, utensils, silverware, cups, plates, bowls, as well as spices and cooking oil. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with the provided individual packets, and take a seat at the granite countertop peninsula with bar-style seating for two.

The adjacent dining room boasts a kitchen table with seating for up to six people.

Step out onto the back deck through the sliding glass doors and enjoy the sheltered outdoor space, perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. The outdoor patio dining area seats six, and an additional glass table with two chairs is available for larger parties. Cook your favorite foods on the medium-sized Pit Boss pellet grill, which can be used for both smoking and grilling.

The upstairs master bedroom features a king-sized en-suite with carpet flooring, a larger closet with plenty of wired shelving, and a 70" TV with Roku for your streaming needs. The bathroom features nicely tiled floors and walls with a unique walk-in shower and full-sized tub.

Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed with a small dresser and a 36x36 sliding window overlooking the front yard.

The full bathroom on the top floor features a fully tiled walk-in shower with two large shower heads for the perfect shower experience.

Downstairs, bedroom #3 has another queen-sized bed with a small dresser and nightstand, and a 36x36 window looking out to the front yard.

Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and a futon, with a door connecting to bedroom #3 and another leading to the backyard and patio areas.

The lone bathroom on the downstairs floor is a full bathroom and offers a sizable space, including a decent walk-in tiled shower with dual shower heads for optimal shower pressure.

Access the attached garage through the house from the downstairs hallway, where you'll find plenty of space for storage and the washer and gas dryer. We provide unlimited access to these appliances and washing detergent packets for your convenience. There is also an ironing board hanging on the wall next to the door that leads into the house.

The backyard boasts a large variety of plants, giving it a relaxing vibe. Depending on the time of year, you're welcome to enjoy some of the fruits and vegetables available, including blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, apples, grapes, plums, and spaghetti squash. The nicely sized back patio has stamped concrete and overhead coverage from grapevines, and the well-kept hot tub is located in a private space next to and below the back deck. The fully enclosed yard includes a decent-sized grass area with a large maple tree that provides plenty of shade.
