  • A beautiful escape for you and the family or a memorable romantic getaway in famous Roscoe, New York. Newly built bright and spacious log cabin with modern amenities nestled on a private road with a beautiful and private natural waterfall. Minutes to fishing, swimming, restaurants and local breweries and distillery. Escape for an intimate retreat or bring the extended family. Sleeps up to 9 comfortably! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bath has a whirlpool tub. Open floor plan with large kitchen, dining and living room for entertaining or just taking it easy. Cozy up in front of the fire or swing open the French doors in summer and enjoy the cool breeze. Step onto the elevated deck and look out over the magnificent forest while grilling some dinner! Listen! The sound you hear are two streams passing on either side that come together to form a picture-perfect private waterfall just a short trail walk from the cabin... bring wine! Night time? Sit around the campfire or the propane firepit on the deck listening to your favorite music on the integrated bluetooth sound system. Seven minutes to the Beaverkill river... world famous for trout fishing, great for swimming and kayaking. Jason is an excellent host and his cabin is wonderful to stay in. It’s kept nice and clean with all the things you need for a getaway in the Catskills. Waterfall on property is a gem!

Our 3 generational family took a long weekend to unplug in this large, lovely home. We hiked, ate at local restaurants, and enjoyed the beautiful waterfall right on the property. Hated leaving!

Jason the host was an excellent host. My family and I did a winter get away and had an incredible time. The house is awesome and very relaxing. This has now become our yearly tradition house and we can't wait to visit again!

We loved our stay in the Aguaviente cabin! Jason was super friendly and helpful. The cabin and the surrounding woods and waterfalls are absolutely beautiful. We loved hanging out on the comfy couches in front of the fire. Highly recommend!

The cabin is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean.Jason, our host was there to meet us and acquaint us to the cabin and surrounding property.The waterfall is a short walk and easy to get to on a marked trail. Highly recommend seeing it with coffee in the morning , tranquility awaits!We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to return again soon.

Attention to details were notable. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable and easy stay. He pays attention to all the details- the house is very well stocked and appointed with cozy and comfortable furniture, great accent lighting, plenty of web-based tv and movies all logged-in already, plenty of pellets for the wood stove, etc.

Exceeded expectations

Lovely and very comfortable cabin in the woods. Secluded yet conveniently located. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, fun extras like the waterfall, fire pits, fireplace, and patio. Our family enjoyed our stay!

This rental is a beautiful place that our host Jason built with obvious thought for the aesthetics and convenience of a living space. Great, roomy kitchen with fully stocked pots, pans, cooking tools, dishes and cutlery. Plenty of room for 6-8 people to eat comfortably both indoors (dining area) and outdoors on the nice long porch overlooking the back yard, fire pit and woods (we saw a deer one morning). Beds were comfortable and bathroom were beautifully done with stones on the shower floor and sink countertop. Towels and linens provided are all clean and fresh. Washer and dryer avail but we didn’t use it. The fire pit is great and the pièce de résistance (the waterfall) is a short walk through the woods. The water wasn’t running very hard as it is the middle of summer but it is still a beautiful place where one can really lose oneself to their natural surroundings. We highly recommend Jason’s beautiful rental to anyone taking a trip to the Roscoe area!!!

A quiet retreat

This cabin in the woods was a great place to retreat to with friends. We relaxed, cooked in full stocked kitchen, and hiked to the waterfall which was breathtaking!

Home Away from Home

This is a beautiful cabin. Great indoor and outdoor space. Plenty of room. Scenery and sound of waterfall was very relaxing. Cabin is not far from town. We had a great time staying here.
