"Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet Die Lage ist toll. Alles sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Was uns aber richtig geärgert hat war, am Tag der Abreise haben wir verschlafen und sind 20 Minuten später angerufen worden das wir die nächste halbe Stunde auschecken sollen. Das haben wir auch gemacht aber die Unterkunft hat einen Teil der Kaution einbehalten weil wir ein wenig zu spät dran waren. Da wir dann sowieso mehr bezahlt haben hätten wir es gut gefunden das wir dann auch wenigsten...

"I had a fantastic stay at the bungalow near the Bosland nature reserve! The location is serene, surrounded by nature, and perfect for a family getaway, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, The terrace was a lovely spot to relax in the evening, Highly recommend!"

"Great place to base your stay good facilities the shop and restaurant are excellent the only point i would mention is that i missed the online menu for towels and did not take any so had to pay for towel it seems strange that they are not supplied when a charge for bed linnen is included in chalet rate"

"Mijn man en ik hebben hier heerlijke dagen gehad. We hadden de accommodatie gehuurd voor ons tweeën, omdat we onder de indruk waren van het huis, de beschrijving, het zwembad, de jacuzzi, sauna, de tuin. "Loved the location and the staff couldn’t have anymore friendly. We felt so welcome and safe. There were a couple of issues in our room, specifically the towel rail and toilet roll holder falling off the wall. The sliding bathroom door was also very rickety but the beds were so comfortable and our family room was perfect for us. The only other thing to mention was just outside of the hotel there were lots of bars which we didn’t hear any noise from but there was a lot of broken glass everywhere which with a 3 year old was a bit problematic. Not the hotel’s fault in the slightest but just something to watch out for. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved exploring Tilburg. Would stay again. "

"We visited from Canada and the staff indicated that it is unusual to have Canadian visitors at the resort. We felt a little like celebrities! We had a wonderful stay! The waterslides were SO MUCH FUN and our hotel room was great… It even had a mini fridge and a balcony! The supper buffet is worth the price (steak! Chocolate mousse!) and the breakfast buffet is AMAZING! Pro tip: try a little Brie on a slice of the thick cut bacon! 10/10 would recommend to a friend! We will be back again for sure!"

"We had a two night stay to visit Efteling and the hotel was perfect. Easy 15-20 min drive to the park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were huge and really comfortable for our family of four. The indoor poor was great for the children but disappointed they weren’t allowed in the outdoor pool in the sunshine. To be honest the hotel has so much more to offer than what we used it for. The restaurant looks stunning and the leisure amenities looked great. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area and happily recommend."

"Generally, entire experience was good. I wish the rooms had AC and actual windows, not the shutters. A couple things I did not like: I left the do not disturb sign all days I was there and 2 of the days housekeeping still went in the room. One of those times we were just waking up. Another issue I had was the late night reception guy was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence in the bar/restuarant area. One of the nights there was a man at the bar talking to him. This man inserted himself into a conversation that was a misunderstanding between my husband and the attendant. He was rude and it took me great restraint not to tell him off. The restaurant staff was nice during breakfast hours. And the day attendants were also very nice. "
