「My stay was a Thursday - Sunday for a special event in town. I had little contact with staff. They were all nice. There was a creepy middle aged guy chatting on his cell phone in the lobby that I tagged as the owner. At least he looked the part as someone who really didn't care about customer service and pride in running a good motel. The furniture, fixtures and A/C unit are old, worn, ugly and falling apart. No breakfast, no mini store, no maid service until after day 6 of a stay, no pool,...

「We just needed a place to stay while going out on adventures each day. This place was perfect. Small, clean, just what we needed. The only negative thing would be the parking. 「My wife and I (and our dog) stayed at the Arrington Retreat in April 2024. This was our second time at this property. It has a great fenced yard, both front and back that our dog really enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked and the family room is a comfortable place to gather. We were helping a very ill relative and we needed to extend our stay a couple of times. The property manager was very helpful in extending our stay. This house worked well for our visit.」
