We had a great stay at the Loft at Hershey farm!! The house is beautifully designed with an awesome common space and open kitchen, movie theater, and hot tub. Also very centrally located to access Amish sites and activities, restaurants, and outlets. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay and new years vaca.

House was incredibly clean, comfortable, very spacious and perfect for our church group. Our only challenge was that the bunks are a tad small for adults - they worked, but are definitely more suited to children. Overall a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend!

Very nice house. Clean, well kept and plenty of amenities. Near the road so a little noisy but not terrible. Restaurant on property was excellent. Plenty of activities nearby for the family. We would stay here again

Great stay!

Everything was smooth and our large group had a great time staying here! The theater room was a favorite and the kids loved hanging out in the bunk room! Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Overall a great experience!

Great house but significant traffic noise

The house abuts a busy road. We were prepared for traffic noise around the time of the shows at Sight&Sound but it was constant, particularly in the bunk room. Also, the walk to the playground, barn, and pool was much longer than we thought it would be. You have your own large parking lot, which was great.

Convenient/clean/roomy

The property is convenient to so many activities. The home is large and roomy. We had 8 adults and 7 grandchildren varying from 1-13 so sleeping arrangements were a challenge. (Where to put the crib?) About the only thing I missed is hooks in the bathrooms to hang robes, pj’s etc. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!!

Great House for Women's Retreat

13 women stayed in the house from Friday through Sunday, for a women's retreat. The house perfectly met all our needs. There was ample room for seating and for dining. The kitchen accommodations were spectacular. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy (well as comfy as some could be in bunkbeds). We used the hot tub and the fire pit and both were easy to figure out. The theatre room was great for movies and baseball games. All in all, the house could not have been better. The location on a busy road only bothered a few folks at night (lots of traffic).

Lovely place!

We really enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room to spread out. More space for towels and bathing suits to dry would have been nice, but we worked it out. It was a great space for our group of women to hang out together! Everything was clean and ready for us when we go there. We’ll come again!

Great place for large family gatherings

I was initially worried about how this place would comfortably fit 20+ family members, but was shockingly surprised at how spacious this property was. The living space is large enough so that everyone could be in the same room and gather. Yet there were also many nooks and rooms for privacy as well. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. We enjoyed the private hot tub, hotel pool, and the theatre room. There were so many amenities. The property is also centrally located to many shopping plazas and fun attractions. Our family had fun during our stay and I would recommend this place for any gathering.

Wonderful property for family vacation - 6 grandkids loved especially the bunk bed room - pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. well stocked - enjoyed theatre room.

Amish country

Very much enjoyed staying at this luxe property. The location is interesting, probably was intended as a store. But the inside of the house is very nice and well thought out. We had a lot of family and it worked perfectly. Lots of kitchen supplies for big meals too. Right in Amish country and lots of farms/markets around in addition to outlets.

We rented this vacation home because we were looking for a place to celebrate our mothers 80th birth

Thanksgiving with immediate family

It was a perfect place for a group our size. 4 couples plus kids (in our case, only one). NOTE: place only comes with starter supplies so if you're flying in you need to go to the store to buy everything. Toilet paper etc. Bedroom off of kitchen had a bed that was totally screwed up. My husband had to sleep with his head at the foot..

Not what it seems,

At over $1000 per night we were expecting an issue free vacation in a quiet, beautiful place. Instead we found when we arrived that the property was located on a loud busy road in the middle of a parking lot. The description of the property was about the large amount of picturesque acreage and the pictures displayed were taken away from the street. Many rooms in the house had no windows in order to hide the issue. We had young children with us and it was a huge problem, both with noise from the street and then playing outside. Ot was such a disappointment. While there the AC broke and it was a warm day, the window didn’t function so we had to prop the front door open and the kids slept in their underwear. The washing machine broke, their was a rank odor, and on the 2nd day water started coming through the ceiling. I will say the property manager was responsive to our issues, but I believe this property will continue to have problems, it was a quick cheap flip of some retail space to a rental house and it shows. Given the lack of windows in bedrooms, I seriously doubt it is to code. Given all our issues they did refund a small amount of money, not even a full night. They also offered us 20% off our next rental which we will never use.

July Fun

We had 6 children and 4 adults with us and this property couldn't have worked out better. It is even nicer than the pictures if that's possible. The kids loved the hot tub and the movie room, and they especially loved having their own place in the bunk room--which was as cute as it could be. The table seats 10, which is unusual in the larger places I have rented. We walked to Sight and Sound Theater and would encourage everyone to take in a performance there. (Buy your tickets ahead of time as they do sell out.) We had a couple of issues, but the manager at The Farm is extremely responsive and was always right on top of everything. The location is great with lots of shopping nearby. I strongly recommend this home to anyone needing a beautiful place for a large family.
