Wonderful BEAR-LY CONNECTED CABIN in the woods, West Virginia!

Beautiful new cabin just outside of Romney W. Virginia hosting 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a further bedroom with a queen size bed plus the 3rd bedroom has 3 single beds and a trundle bed.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything one needs for cooking and entertaining.
The living room has a large stone fire place and cable TV, a couch, coffee table etc. There is also a dining room with table and chairs for up to 8 people.
Outdoors, there is a hot tub and bistro, grill, plus furniture.
This property sits on 10 acres with hundreds of acres of forest surrounding the home.
This home offers privacy and comfort but just 7 miles west of the town of Romney W. Virginia where you will find restaurants, convenience stores and other local amenities.

To date, we have only encountered one large storm that prevented us from getting up the road to the house for a couple of days while we got it cleared, however we always recommend a 4-wheel drive in the winter and whenever it is calling for significant inclement weather.

The house was perfect for our short stay--4 generations--my 81-year-old mom, myself, my daughter and my two grandchildren who are 2 and under. The location was also perfect--close to my uncle's house in Burlington who hosted a family reunion making apple butter and also close to other little beautiful WV towns. We loved all the comfy touches! Wish we could have stayed longer--we will be back for sure!

Very charming cabin. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Close to Romney so easy to get groceries and explore the Potomac Eagle excursion train. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay perfect.

Great Stay in a Beautiful Home

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 day stay over Memorial Day weekend. The house was gorgeous, and was very accomodating for my two dogs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bathroom had plenty of toiletries in case we forgot anything. We walked our dogs everyday, and they loved exploring the surrounding woods. We had a great time and would stay again.

Perfect home

This property was absolutely beautiful and the home was so relaxing and with a cozy fireplace as well! Very roomy and plenty of activities to do. Anniversary Get Away

The house more than met all our needs. Made for a great Anniversary get away. We went on the Potomac Eagle for the sunset ride through the trough and had a wonderful time. The area offered a lot to do and the house was centrally located making it easy to explore. We highly recommend the house and thank you for the parting gift of the Bearly Connected coffee mugs.

Impeccable!

What a location! This place is perfectly situated, not too far from groceries and food in either Romney or Keyser. The house itself is spacious, clean and inviting, with all amenities that you need. There are plenty of beds for small groups, and the multiple bathrooms/showers are convenient. If you are a hiker, the hot tub is perfect for soothing sore muscles after a jaunt at nearby Dolly Sods. 5 stars, definitely stay here!

Peach Festival Get Away

EVERYTHING ONE CAN ASK FOR AND MORE!

If your looking for a peaceful, comfortable , vacation, look no further. This is simply a beautifully laid out home. Beautiful well stocked kitchen, big spacious family room with a huge game room in the basement level. Comfy, cozy well appointed bedrooms and very clean bathrooms. Top that off with a great hot tube and you have everything you need for a great stay! A small issue at check-in was quickly handled by Jim and Deb and they were very generous making things right! The deck made for great evening meals and just relaxing with a good bottle of wine. Modern appliances,,coffee maker...I could go on and on but I'm running out of space. Weather was hot so we didn't use the fire pit. Hope the next guest got a chance to use the wood we bought but didn't use! A great stay in a beautiful home with great owners made our little romp to Romney very pleasant! 5 stars all the way here!
