I had a fantastic stay at Hotel L’Ill in Strasbourg! The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but still just a short walk from the heart of the old town and all the main sights.
The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt very well looked after throughout my stay.
Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Strasbourg—great value, wonderful people, and an unbeatable location.

The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations for electronic vehicles in short walking distance.

Definitely enjoyed our stay but be careful on the 5th floor if you’re above 6’2” tall because I hit my head a few times going in and out of the bathroom 😂
