"3 hrs before checkin she tells me I’m now staying in Romford as the house has no gas. We agree at £25 she never sends. I arrived at the 4 bedroom house. 3 bedrooms locked and only one available. Midnight I’m looking for somewhere else. She accuses me of using the bed!! Which I didn’t as had to leave as we needed two beds. Won’t issue refund and tells me I should have told her sooner so she could cancel it. Very disgusted and my 7 year old was dragged around in the night while we tried to find...

"my friends and I came to England to watch football and hit the major tourist attractions. This place was the perfect place for us. Right next to Stamford Bridge (Chelsea) and minutes from the Fulham Broadway tube stop on the district line meant we have travel and football right at our fingertips. I would highly recommend anyone coming to London to stay here!"

"from the moment we checked in to the moment we left everyone was very nice. we purchased ABBA tickets from the concierge and he went the extra mile to confirm we had the tickets when we couldn't download them online. the shower was good size with solid water pressure. the rooms are big. i wish the bed had USB ports on the nightstands, that's really the only downside i can think of. free water bottles every day if you asked. big sink in the bathroom."

Close to Hyde Park with Beautiful Views

"Great hotel, great service and good location near Hyde Park. I liked being able to walk out the hotel and go running in Hyde Park. The room also had an amazing view over Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Despite the area being busy, it was very quiet. The hotel was fairly close to to tube stops so getting around London from the hotel wasn’t an issue. "

Reasonable value if visiting events in the area.

"In this area, definitely represents value for money. I appreciate the privacy option for whether or not one wants the room serviced & think it helps to be more ecofriendly. Only gets a 4 on this count because of the plastic travel sized toiletries.My room did overlook the railway tracks and were I a light sleeper I might have been disturbed by this."
