Was a nice place and view. Had to pick some beer cans in yard left from previous renters i assume by the fire pit and in the yard along the house. Only 3 nothing crazy. Fire pit could have been nicer. Just a small metal pit ring. No seating around it unless you wanna drag a few big logs from under ...
