パンテオンまで特に近く、ショッピングなどにも便利な立地。疲れたら休憩がてら戻ることも可能。部屋はおしゃれな内装で、お水やワインまで用意してくれて驚いた。毎日ベッドメイクもしてくれる！ただ完全にオーナー不在のゲストハウスなので、ゲストハウス初心者だと少しハードルが高いかもしれない。（オートロックを４カ所解除したり、丁寧にwhats appでメッセージはくれるが）疑問点などはメッセージを送ればすぐに回答してくれる。

This apartment was great for our needs. It was in a fantastic location, was nice and clean, and had comfortable beds. I would stay again if I was in Rome. There is a great restaurant adjacent with tons of outdoor seating (eat there if you get a chance). When we arrived it was packed and I was worried about the noise, but you couldn't hear a thing in the apartment. We arrived at night and it is definitely tricky to get into the first time (especially if you are from the US and not familiar with these types of locks) but once we got the hang of it, it was fine. Also, hosts were very responsive so make sure you have their number in your phone in case you have questions!

2 nights booked 0 minutes stayed Refund offered = €20 We reserved two nights, but were never able to access the room. The contact-less check-in process was difficult and didn't work. After several attempts with the main building door and the iron gate inside the building, we were finally able to get past automated lock #1. With our luggage in tow, we climbed the four flights to the apartment door (there is a small elevator available), however, every time we tried to open the apartment door (automated lock #2), the electronic lock said it was offline and to contact the host. We tried calling the numbers listed with Hotels.com, but they would not connect. We tried every option in the app but the links didn't work. Because the internet inside the building is awful, it made troubleshooting the problem difficult. After nearly half an hour of trying to reach someone, we gave up and booked another hotel. Later, we reached out to the Youroom Coppelle host via email and requested a refund. Their response was to blame us, saying it was our fault their phone number wouldn't connect and the lock was not offline. They would not refund the room, but stated it was still available if we wanted to complete our reservation. When we went back the following day to record a video of the lock error, they had completely shut off our access. While technology can fail, their response was unacceptable. In our experience, if you want reliable access to your room, this isn't the place to stay.

Area around the property was excellent. Many dinning options as well as site-seeing. Elevator was very small. The entrance doors were a nightmare to deal with. Room was modern, clean and comfortable.

Centrally Located. The design of the room is very nice. Everything was clean and superb! You have to get a hang of entering the multiple doors using the web key, but once you get a hang its smooth. Whatsapp response is quick. You can walk to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain from here

Great location. 25 minute walk to both the Vatican or Colosseum. Just a few minutes to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Nuova. Each morning a fresh produce market right out the main entry and converted to restaurant each evening frequented by locals for a leisurely dinner.

Be warned - this is not a place you should stay at. Although the location is not bad, the hotel itself is horrible. A/C works, but it’s barely working. Be prepared for a hot stay. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor, so many flights of stairs. The elevator only works 70-80% of the time. If the last person that used it does not manually close all doors the elevator will not work when called upon. This will happen to you if you stay more than 2 days at least once. Must enter a code for 4 doors before you get in hotel room. No reception desk at all. Hopefully your internet works, which for me it was out of range at times, otherwise doors won’t open. Stay away in order to have a pleasant vacation.

El departamento es lindo y moderno, pero lamentablemente no pude descansar bien durante mi estadía. La habitación no tenía cortinas adecuadas (ni blackout ni algo similar), por lo que entraba mucha luz durante toda la noche (daba a un aireluz que estaba siempre prendida una luz), lo que hizo imposible dormir. Estoy embarazada, y el descanso en este momento no es un lujo: es una necesidad ya que puede presentar un riesgo para mi salud y la del bebé. Lamentablemente, esto afectó profundamente mi experiencia. No lo recomiendo si valorás el descanso o necesitás un ambiente adecuado para dormir bien. Tiene muchas escaleras y puertas.

걱정과 달리 엘베 있어요! 약간의 계단이 있긴 한데 단차가 있어서 있는 계단이라 힘들진 않아요. 집 바로 밑에 다이닝 레스토랑들이 있어서 시끌하긴한데 창문 닫으면 괜찮습니다. 판테온 근처라 카페 가기 편해요. 유일하게 이번 여행에서 호텔 제외하고 물과 수건을 계속 제공해줬어요. 왓츠앱으로 소통도 정말 빠르게 해줍니다. 최고!

Really nice place, close to the Pantheon & walking distance to all the main landmarks. Very easy to get a taxi to anywhere further away if needs. They were really helpful with the check in instructions and allowed us to check in early which was really nice as we landed early. If I come back to Rome I will be staying here again!

Excelente localização, pertinho do Phanteon! O quarto é amplo, com banheiro muito bom e iluminado. O acesso para entrar na propriedade achamos bem facil, tudo digital pelo celular. Checkin e checkout fácil.Recomendo!

This is a beautiful little gem right in the heart of all the sights and sounds of Rome. Clean, safe, large room for two people, and the bathroom is modern, and the shower is great. The king bed is quite firm, and there is persistent noise from the street below at all hours which can be tricky for lighter sleepers. Lots of stairs as well, but such a well thought out vacation rental. Hosts were available very quickly by message, and cleaning staff is available everyday for touch-ups. Loved our stay, would stay again.
