For its location and value it’s unbeatable in Rome. You are literally smack dab between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Room was spacious for a European hotel. The check in was easy, make sure you have a working phone though. 5 stars!!

Very good location we were able to walk to every destination we had planned. The staff were nice, and let us leave our bags in the reception after check out which was very convenient since we had a late flight. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was spotless and location was perfect a few streets from the Spanish steps Another mirror in the bedroom would have been good,possible full length with 2 ladies travelling the bathroom mirror wasn’t adequate and an iron in the room would be advisable but that is our only positive feedback back Thankyou for a memorable stay

Una auténtica vergüenza de alojamiento. Imposible descansar. Durante la madrugada estuvimos escuchando golpes y ruidos extraños fuera de la habitación y, a primera hora de la mañana, empezaron unos ruidos de obra absolutamente insoportables. Tenemos vídeos y audios que demuestran perfectamente el nivel de ruido. Pagas un hotel para dormir, no para pasar la noche en vela y despertarte con maquinaria a las 7 de la mañana. Pero todavía peor que la estancia fue la atención recibida después. Explicamos la situación, mostramos nuestra disconformidad y decidimos marcharnos porque las condiciones eran inaceptables. Aun así, se negaron a devolvernos el dinero de las noches que no íbamos a utilizar. Cero empatía, cero interés por solucionar el problema y una atención al cliente lamentable. Nos vimos obligados a pagar otro alojamiento en Roma después de haber pagado ya este, simplemente porque aquí no se podía descansar en condiciones. De los peores alojamientos en los que he estado. Una gestión pésima y una experiencia que nos arruinó parte del viaje. No volvería jamás y, desde luego, no se lo recomendaría a nadie.

Die unterlauft war super zentral gelegen in Rom. Das Personal war bei Check in super erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war sauber! Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt.

地點很難找，根本不是酒店只是一間公寓，沒有reception，去到打了電話很久才找到接待員過來給房間鎖匙。房間沒有枱，沒有電水壺，沒有水杯，只得一張椅子，洗手間沒有漱口杯，淋浴間去水很差。酒店基本應該有的東西都沒有，只得一張牀。

Adoramos a localização, bem pertinho da Fontana di Trevi, fomos lá quase todos os dias da nossa estadia no local. Quarto com tamanho ótimo, o banheiro tinha um tamanho bom e com box. Achamos bem mais espaçoso.

Grundsätzlich super Unterkunft, vor allem tolle Lage! Aber es fehlt die liebe zum Detail zB ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer oder eine Ablage im Badezimmer, Zahnbürste oder Cremen können nirgends hingestellt werden. Kann das nur zu Zimmer 1 sagen, die anderen kenne ich leider nicht! Aber alles in allem top!
