Los colchones estaba súper malos se sentías los resortes y duros e igual las almohadas, nunca atendieron nuestros mensajes , la pared restaba cuarteada y albutada súper grande lo que era la grieta al abajo de la cama era lleno de polvo , el jabón no salía estaba dañado les escribí varias veces y no respondieron por favor no te quedes aquí .

Location was great to get around Rome and room spacious for family of 4 only let down was the mattress in the main room was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs ! And only one small pillow for each person apart from that very good value for money

The room description mentioned a shower, which is completely false—it was actually an old, dirty hot tub that was hard to drain, and the faucets were held together with tape… so much for cleanliness. The description also mentioned bottles of water and a minibar, but that’s not true either—there was none of that. The bed was awful—you could feel all the springs, and it was sagging in some places. So yes, it’s a nice, spacious room with a pleasant little terrace and air conditioning. But as for the most important things when you’re traveling—sleeping and showering—we’ll pass. It’s also completely false to say this is a hotel—there’s no staff on site, let alone a front desk. They never answered our basic questions, but I received a text telling us to vacate the room by 10 a.m., even though Expedia told us checkout was at 11 a.m. In short, the location is good and convenient, but that’s all.

We had a terrible experience here. The staff were completely unresponsive. We accidentally set off the help alarm in the shower which kept us up at night and nobody came to help nor fix it (also concerning if there was an actual emergency). Other than that the property is loud and the bed is uncomfortable. The shower clogged after 2 uses as well. Would never stay here again.

Location is excellent but unfortunately there is no one to contact if you are looking for assistance or if anything goes wrong or isn't working. The fridge wasn't working in our room and ceiling above our bed was leaking, the second morning we woke to plasterboard falling on us and the third morning we woke to water leaking onto us, meaning we were unable to sleep in the bed the last three nights. We spoke to the cleaning staff but had no response from the hotel. The third party booking company Wotif, we booked through were extremely helpful but were unable to get a response or assistance from the hotel either. It is really unfortunate as it had such a negative impact on our vacation in Rome. Considering our poor experience I am dissappointed to say that I would not recommend this hotel.

Great place, amazing location.

Amazing place. Modern and well decorated. We are a family of four with two teenagers and the double bed unit fit us just fine. The location was incredible. Walking distance to shopping, coffee, amenities and main historical landmarks in Rome. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

The reason I booked this was so that my teenage son and I could each have a bed. No bedding was provided for the second, pull down bed. No response from messaging the number that was displayed in the hallway for queries. No response when messaging via Expedia. We also messaged about problems with the toilet flushing, still no response. No daily housekeeping, even though this was what advertised at booking, bins not even emptied once in the 4 night stay. This should not be advertised as a hotel with virtual reception and daily housekeeping, both of which are non-existent. I wonder if management has changed in recent months as older reviews do not seem to have a problem. It's just a room, a nice and functional one (Air con worked and was clean), but just that. The price should be adjusted accordingly.

The good: Location is very convenient; the room is clean and spacious; check in was very easy. The bad: We had a ground room floor, and it was loud. Between noisy neighbours coming and going at every hour, noisy pedestrians, cars driving past, service vehicles stopping and idling, sleep was impossible. The room was also extremely hot. The thermostat reached 29 degrees: hotter than outside. And the air conditioning seem to do anything when it was activated, which made sleep even more difficult. We sent a message asking how to operate the thermostat, but didn't get a response. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. Finally, our room wasn't serviced during the stay. We had to go buy more toilet paper.

Die Unterkunft liegt recht günstig, um Rom auch zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir hatten den Raum im Dachgeschoss und die Klimaanlage war defekt. Bei 35 C sehr unschön.
