Myself and my family had a fantastic stay at the Trevi Elite Guestrooms. Antonio was brilliant from start to finish, very attentive and helpful. The room was stylish and very clean. All beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and large. A fantastic central location literally within walking distance of all major attractions in Rome! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Trevi hotel

Service was outstanding. We were able to check in early and were lucky our room was ready too. The breakfast was amazing definitely the way to go especially on check out day. The very kind host arranged for a private car to return to the airport definitely a plus. Very convenient location. Felt safe.

Property manager extremely responsive and helpful. Private transportation arranged to make traveling to the from hotel easy and hassle free. Location center of everything you want to see in Rome. Wouldn’t stay anywhere when returning to Rome.

Good location

The location was great and it was overall very quiet except some loud slams that happened a couple times each morning, and sometimes in the hallway from neighbors laughing. The downside was the lack of trash bins, only one in the bathroom and our room was only serviced 1x for a 4 night stay. The breakfast had only very basics, not much fresh food. Bread, cereal, packaged foods like yogurt and cheese, and one type of meat, a coffee machine and some juice. The woman at the front desk and who serviced breakfast and the room cleaning spoke almost no English. Overall no frills but decent for the price. The room had a fridge and hot water boiler with coffee and water glasses supplied but no water. The beds were comfortable and Netflix was accessible which was great for our very rainy stay where we spent more time in the room than we anticipated. The shower was also nice and 3 sizes of towels available for everyone were appreciated.

Clean, fantastic location and Brilliant staff

Fantastic location..literally at the end of the street from the Trevi fountain. Very clean and our junior suite had two small rooms which we loved. The best part of our stay was Antonio, the receptionist. Antonio was so friendly and made us beautiful eggs for breakfast. We really felt that he did his job exceptionally well and was incredibly hard working. Thank you Antonio !

Property was clean and had a small lift (one person with one luggage). It is a bed and breakfast property rather than a hotel. Taxi will drop off about 50m from the property and it was hassle to drag all our luggage on the cobble stone and up the small lift. Room locks need upgrade as the room had old lock/key system and does not close easily. Very close to Trevi Fountain and lots of restaurants.
