The place is 15 min walk from trevi fountain and Spanish steps . We walked to Colloseum As well . Great location . Food around the place was nice . Stuff was helpful

Property was new and very clean. Small (only a handful of rooms). Staff was helpful, reached out ahead of time and realized our international flight arrived early and accommodated a very early check in.

The room was very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful especially Lucas. He went above and beyond. He helped with our luggage and made sure our shuttle came and picked us up.

Location is great. 10 min walk from Termini train station (best way to get to city from airport). Staff are super helpful (Luka is awesome). It's not a hotel in classic sense, but more of a boutique guest house with room cleaning service and that's a good/cool thing about. Area is safe and walkable, fantastic pizza restaurant is just around the corner from the guest house.

Luca was very helpful. He allowed us to leave our bags for a couple of hours at the desk for our arrival and departure. He was quick to respond via text any questions that we had. A big thanks to Luca!

The Property that was displayed on the Expedia doesn't look like in real. The room was very small. I feel like cheated by booking the room via expedia.

I highly recommend this hotel. It features excellent amenities and is conveniently located very close to the train station, significantly reducing walking time. The property was exceptionally quiet and impeccably clean. Both the rooms and the restroom were spacious and offered ample privacy, even for a large group.

This was within a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini with various dining options within a short distance. The room/property was clean and modern and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

Truly unpleasant from beginning to end Before arrival I had paid for a Suite which included a queen bed and a sofa bed, as there were 2 travelers who did not want to share a bed . As the owner Luca was showing us the room, I mentioned the pullout bed and asked if it had been made. He then corrected me that the bed was only for reservations of 3 or more, which was never explicitly stated anywhere in booking. After mentioning that this was the exact reason we booked the room, he relented and made the bed, but not before loudly groaning, so loud that we could hear it from the other room. Day two at 8 AM in the morning. My travel companion gets locked out out of the hotel without her phone. I am asleep in the other room and unfortunately do not hear her. She runs into a couple leaving for the day who agreed to call the owner to get her back inside. Upon arrival, the owner is yelling at my guest telling her to leave and that he does not want “people like us” in his hotel. I try to diffuse the situation, he then threatens to call the police, and at that point we pack and leave, scrambling to find last minute accommodations. I asked the owner if we will be refunded for the night that we are not staying and he says you will get one night back through Expedia. Flash forward to 2 weeks from this encounter and both myself and Expedia have messaged this hotel multiple times and also had Expedia with no reply back, no refund , and a horrible experience to boot.
