Disliked: Staff & service
The location was good- it was walking distance to everything. Unfortunately its just difficult to contact the hotel.
We had no way to email, only a phone number but no European phone.. our first night there the room we where in the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom, and the road noise and street lights where hard to sleep with.
When i eventually got through to someone the next day, he said he would investigate. We where moved to a different room, which the aircon was leaking (this was fixed very promptly the next day)
Overall: the owner was lovely just they need to work on a way to contact them from abroad- like an email address.
The room was clean and spacious, which is hard to find.
