CIN: IT058091C2NLPFVIC .The house, of 75 square metres,has 4 beds and is composed of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large L-shaped,with lampshade and mirror,wich leads to the large living room with a sofa double bed,coat, anger, TV,round tablewith 4 chairs,secon external bathtoom ,kitchen equipped and supplied for everything for having breakfast and dinner at home ,located on the second floor with external balcony on via Berengario, a quiet street close the historic center with the Metro B 100 metres away (4 stops for Colosseum) and 200 from Tiburtina Station ( connected to Fiumicino airport), Tka area is full of bar, restaurants, supermarket and shops .

We quite enjoyed our week at Scent of Sorrento. The property is clean and spacious, the kitchen works well, we appreciated having a clothes washer, since this was our second week in Italy and we needed to freshen up, and, very importantly, the bed was very comfortable. It's about a half hour or so from the central attractions of Rome by bus, which is what we wanted. We felt like we were living a real Roman life by shopping and dining in Nomentana. And it was good to have an escape from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area of Rome. A lovely stay.

Il soggiorno é stato ottimo. Nell'appartamente recentemente rinnovato non manca nulla. Il quartiere é tranquillo, i servizi essenziali, quali Metro, Bus, Supermercato, é tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Il proprietario, Tommaso, ci ha accolti personalmente e si é dimostrato molto cooperativo fornendoci molte informazioni preziose. Il collegamento con l'aereoporto é possibile dalla stazione Tiburtina, raggiungibile anche questa in pochi minuti a piedi.

We had a lovely stay in this property. It was bright, very clean, and well appointed with modern finishes and amenities. The wifi was good and in the heat of July, the air conditioning was a God send. It’s located only a few minutes from the Bologna Metro Station with excellent links to all of the historic sites and major tourist destinations. We also loved that it was away from the tourist crowds. The host, Tommaso was the friendliest, dearest man and was so helpful in pointing us in the direction of great restaurants and other places to visit. The property is currently listed as a two bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed. We arrived to a beautiful (and I’m told very comfortable) double bed in the bedroom, but only a fold out single cot more appropriate for a child rather than a 6’3” tall, 230lb, middle aged man like me. No matter, I still slept well by putting the mattress on the floor. I suspect the sofa bed is available, but you may need to specify in advance. I’m certain that Tommaso will be happy to get it sorted for you. Outside of that tiny little thing, it was great, and I would highly recommend this property to everyone. What a great stay!

This was a perfect place to stay. The location is very nice, there are a lot of good restaurants near the place and it is not too touristic. The host is very helpful and ready to help. The place is big, very clean and the metro is close (5 minutes away).

I was in Rome for work with my dad and we enjoyed our stay at Tommaso's apartment. It was a short walk to Metro station Piazza Bologna with a Carrefour Express nearby for groceries. Plenty of bars around for coffee and antipasti.

As we bid farewell to Rome and hailed a taxi to the airport insisted on waiting with us until our ride arrived, ensuring that we departed safely. His warmth and generosity have left an indelible mark on our hearts, and for that, we are profoundly grateful. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the house was truly remarkable. Every corner gleamed with freshness, and the immaculate presentation of each room reflected a dedication to excellence that surpassed our expectations. The apartment was clean and spacious and well priced. Our host was a lovely Italian couple named Tommaso and Anna. They were very sweet and willing to accommodate what we needed. Comfortable beds and modern feel to the apartment. Definitely worth your business. It is a liiiiiittle bit far from city center but the metro is easy enough to make short trips to tourist spots. It was nice to go into the city and be able to come home away from the action.
