The rooms were within easy walking distance of the Vatican and in a wonderful neighbourhood. The room was very clean and adequate. Gaining entry to the property was trying and time consuming.

Do not recommend staying here. Bathrooms are not connected to the rooms. The rooms are dirty and uncomfortable.

Airconditioner no cool air was so hot could not sleep. Informed service still no change was awful and so hot very unpleasant. Bathroom outside room very strange when getting up in middle of night and having to face strangers other guests coming in an out while in dressing gown not good at all. Kitchen very sparse no coffee machine no salt papper very little crockery. All keys very very difficult to open doors everyone battled with keys. Customer across from our room was stuck in room and had to shout for help in middle of night could not get door open lucky we were there we found extra key in drawer at entrance an managed to get him out. Otherwise was a clean place.

They did their best to accomodate us. By far the best help and service we have ever recieved. They went above and beyond to help us. Really takes care of their customer. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Pisa. A shout out to Giuseppe P. Greatly appreciate packing a snack for the plane and taxi ride.

the condition of the apartment are horrible, the beds are super hard ,stinky and so hard to check in, the couldn't even open the door for us os send some one down stairs, bad experience over all. just sucks.!

Muy mala experiencia, nos desviaron a otro b&b para la primera noche diciendo que la caldera se había roto. Al día siguiente dijeron que estaba arreglado y pudimos tener el cuarto reservado pero tuvimos que pasar la nochevieja sin agua caliente y sin calefacción. Cuando mencione el problema el dia 1 me hicieron pasar por mentirosa y por fin se presentaron al B&B en mi tercer día de estancia, ni me dijeron quienes eran al tocar a mi puerta y intentaron presionarme a firmarles un papel. Nunca jamás, estancia estropeada por completo y además era un regalo para mi acompañante, en resumen huir este B&B de bonito solo tiene su excelente ubicación y sus fotos modernas pero baño exterior, problemas y dueña de cero confianza.

A good location. Service was good they always answered the phone for any queries I had. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact it was not what I booked, as I was travelling on my own with my granddaughter I needed en suite, I booked the family room with city view and private bathroom. I got a double room overlooking a restaurants outside area and the backs of buildings and a bathroom across the hall. Which was a problem for a elderly lady and child

5 minutes walk to the Vatican

The room is newly upgraded with contemporary details and can be one of the best place to stay if you’re going to visit the Vatican City. Very quiet as well. The only thing I don’t like is that the bathroom is across our room but I think it has to be what it is in Italy lol.

El hotel bien,

mi estancia ha sido muy buena, limpio, muy cerca (2 cuadras) de la parada del metro. También la ubicación es fenomenal ya que a la derecha a una cuadra te queda el ingreso a el museo del vaticano y camilla sixtina. 3 o 4 cuadras te queda la basílica de San Pedro, a mi parecer la ubicación excelente. Lo único que se debería mejorar es wifi ya q es bueno pero al ser libre (sin contraseña) en la noche no funcionaba muy bien de resto toda mi estancia ha sido excelente

Poteva andare meglio!

Dopo aver prenotato la stanza ho contattato tramite messaggio il proprietario senza ricevere risposte! Dopo aver provato a mandare altri messaggi mi sono decisa a chiamare e li mi ha risposto una donna. Il giorno dell'arrivo ci hanno accolti due ragazzi addetti alle pulizie (penso) e di questa signora manco l'ombra.. la camera non era quella che avevo prenotato, nel senso che non era quella che mi era comparsa dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione ma essendo una coppia giovane e avendo poche pretese non ci abbiamo dato troppo peso, inoltre poteva essere tenuta meglio (non ho gradito molto la macchia di muffa sul muro vicino alla porta d'ingresso). Niente colazione. La posizione invece è favolosa, zona tranquilla ma con tanti negozi e soprattutto la metropolitana è molta vicina come d'altronde la Basilica di San Pietro. Un evento a sfavore è accaduto la mattina dell'ultimo giorno, verso le 6.00 circa, quando mi sveglio all'improvviso sentendo qualcuno che cerca di aprire la porta.. fortuna che era chiusa! Sta di fatto che ci ha provato ben due volte nell'arco di un'ora e non si è capito chi fosse. Ciò che mi ha davvero deluso è il fatto di non aver conosciuto e visto nemmeno di sfuggita il/la proprietaria, ciò mi è parso un tantino maleducato! Nel complesso, essendo giovane e con poche pretese il soggiorno è andato bene e lo consiglio a chi non interesse molto il luogo in cui soggiorna ma più che altro il luogo in cui si trova!

mindre "hotel" med meget lidt morgenmad

Værelses ligger godt i forhold til kirke og metro. Værten kan ikke engelsk. Morgenmaden blev glemt den ene dag, men er meget sparsomt. Du bliver ikke mæt. Stedet er ikke lige til at finde. Der er ingen reception og det tager tid for værten at komme.

Perfekte Lages

Sollte man wirklich einen Städtetrip machen wollen und ein einfaches Zuhause ohne viele Besonderheiten suchen ist dieses Hotel Perfekt. Nachdem wir uns mit den 2 abgepackten Croissants zum Frühstück gestärkt und uns im Gemeinschaftsbad fertig gemacht hatten, war der Vatikan in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen und die nächste U-Bahn in 3 Minuten. Perfekter Ausgang also für unsere Unternehmungen. Einzig die Nachbarn der anderen Zimmer hielten uns mit nächtlichen Toilettenbesuchen und damit verbundenem lauten rücksichtslosen Türknallen auf Trapp.

Hôtel à éviter de toute urgence

Un hôtel atroce ! Nous avons dû payer un supplément de 35€ à notre arrivée car ce n'était pas dans les horaires d'accueil puis la taxe est mal calculée nous avons donc eu une charge de 111€ euros ! Le petit dejeuner est trés minimaliste ! Si vous prévoyez de prendre un dejeuner constant qui vous tiens jusqu'au repas du soir et bien c'est peine perdue ! Sans compter que nos sommes restées jours sans petit dejeuner ! Le ménage quant à lui Laisse à désirer il y a pleins de poussières c'est vraiment le minimum syndical qui est offert aux clients, de plus il y a plusieurs éléments manquant, comme un pommeau de douche ! Les lits sont en réalité c'est clic-Clac ! Seul point positif la proximité avec le Vatican !

Chambre propre de manière générale mais beaucoup choses à revoir: pommeau de douche défectueux, ce qui entraine inondation + rideau de douche qui n'était pas de 1ère fraicheur. Petit "déjeuner" très sommaire (brioche industrielle) et café instantané (boite entamée par x clients), très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (petite casserole et micros-assiettes), pas de liquide vaisselle ni torchons.
