Easy check in process and friendly staff. Close by all the sites that you can walk and plenty of places to eat/drink at. The rooms are big and clean. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great stay at the River Luxury Suites

Fantastic hosts at this boutique hotel within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions in Rome. The room was clean and we were provided with free water and wifi which larger hotels would normally charge guests for. Would recommend to anyone.

River Luxury Suite Stay.

We had an excellent experience staying here. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a kind, friendly host. He clearly explained everything we needed to know and even wrote a list of places for us to see on our travels around Rome. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, the shower was perfect, and the little lift up to the accommodation was a nice touch. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance, and the host was also able to book us a taxi for our travels back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property on either side of our trip and really enjoyed our visits. It is a guest house within a larger property but once you get inside it's very quiet, clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was a nice size and comfortable. The area is chock-full of restaurants and coffee shops and it's easy to walk to main attractions within 20-30 minutes.

Great hotel. It was walkable to most areas in Rome and they were great to respond we I had an issue with our safe. The only this is the shower needs a deep cleaning. Some of the grout and corners seemed to have mold.

Excellent!

Everything was according to the description! Perfectly located, the room was a great base to explore Rome in a 3-4 day trip! It is highly recommended for couples who look for a clean and a comfortable room, without downgrading the experience of their stay! Everyone was very kind and professional making you feel that you do not have to worry about anything! I would definitely choose it again!

Our experience was wonderful. "joy" was the name of our receptionist and she was the literal definition of her name. She gave us a map and recommended route to take in all the sites of the great city and coordinated our transportation options. As a result of staff like this I give my highest 5 star rating.

We loved this place. It is a small hotel tucked into a larger condominium. The room was small but very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable, which for us is the most important aspect of any rental. The staff was helpful and informative, but you should know no one is on duty after 4:30 p.m. (However they reached out to us a number of times about our arrival time, letting us know they could accommodate a later arrival.) We used the extensive Rome bus system to get around and had no problems. Finally, be aware that the building does not seem to be fully accessible. There are three steps up to the elevator landing in the first floor.

The property was on renovation and was too much noisy inside and outside of the place. Difficult to find the building because there’s no signal outside. The last day we were disturbed several times, first the people that was making the renovation nocked and try to open the door and then the staff nocked 10 minutes before the time of leaving to ask us if we were leaving soon. What kind of service is that? We never were pressure to leave a hotel like that, was a little rude. We were ready to leave on time but was unnecessary that kind of pressure. What a disappointing place and staff. We for sure do not recommend this place.

The bedsheets were not changed daily. I noticed because I had actually seen a stain on the bedsheets that appeared to be blood on our second day. When we came back to the hotel and our room was “cleaned” the next day, the stain was still in the same spot. On our second day we showered twice because it was hot and humid outside. Our towels were not changed. I asked the staff for new towels and was told that they don’t typically change the towels on the second day. I have never been told that the towels wouldn’t be changed on the second day, especially in a climate where you will be sweating. Overall, the staff were helpful however the hotel needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.
