We had a great stay at this property and felt the hospitality of the staff! They’re responsive and I really can’t fault anything during our stay. The location is amazing! We were very near the Colosseum and there are some really lovely food places around the area. I love the rooftop which I feel is underrated! I would definitely book again.

We blazed in & out of here in less than 24 hrs. The location is unbelievably awesome. If you’re looking for comfort, bed & pillows could have been more comfortable. Very clean & full of thoughtful little amenities. Front desk staff was outstanding. I’d stay again.

My stay was perfect. The staff are very hospitable, friendly and easy to work with. When you walk out the hotel, you right in the middle of everything. I loved being able to easily go back to the room to freshen up before going around the town. I am definitely staying there again.

Very good location.

A very fine experience. The personel was very sweet and serviceminded and the rooms were also fine. The water in the bathroom ran a bit which was a bit annoying and the water in the showers were only hot-ish for max a few minutes and the opening hours for jacuzzi and spa in the rooftop were a bit strange since you couldnt reserve them for the night where you want it the most when its dark and you walked all day in the heat but beside that the hotel has an amazing location close to all the big turistattractions. A pleasant stay for us and we were overall satisfied why 4/5 stars.

Great location. 5-min walk to the Colosseum/ Roman Forum, 20-min walk to Spanish Steps etc. The hotel has a restaurant, which is really nice. You can book private spa access which is a great. We went in the early spring so the roof top hot tub wasn't available and the air-con wasn't turned on (apparently its only in the summer). The street was a little nosy, so take ear plugs (restaurant noise/early morning bin lorry's etc).

Wonderful location for your Rome adventure

Absolutely an excellent location. Close to the Collesium and Roman Forum. Easy to catch a nearby bus to explore town. Lovely rooftop breakfast. Very kind service. Room was spotless and comfortable. Only slight surprise is that nearby the hotel is that the glass recycling was picked up every morning. The bottles getting picked up were quite loud! That only lasted a few minutes though. I would be happy to stay here again

We had a wonderful first night stay in Rome. The hotel was easy to find and couldn't be more convenient to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The staff was very welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean. The AC worked well, which was a necessity in the summer heat. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was exceptional! Very helpful and accommodating! They went above and beyond! The breakfast was great as were all amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. We loved the location, with the coliseum right around the corner, and great restaurants, attractions, shopping, transportation, all in walkimg distance. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Again, I cannot say enough about how great the staff was. We definetly recommend this hotel!

Amazing time in Rome!

Lovely stay in Rome. We were greeted with an unexpected upgrade and as we were able to check in early which was great. Very friendly receptionist. Room was great, it was spacious with a large bathroom. The location is fantastic, colosseum round the corner and the ruins viewable from the room. Lots of restaurants in the street too. Ate in the hotel restaurant for both lunch and dinner, great tasting food. Good cocktails on the roof with a lovely view. Need to book the hot tub and sauna a day in advance. Thanks for a lovely stay.

PLEASE STAY HERE!!! First smile we were received by was from Sabrina. Hotel manager. Thank you for making every step soo easy! My boyfriend and I stayed there week of April 7th. 2025. This hotel is in the middle of everything. Walking distance to all major attractions. Anything and everything my boyfriend needed assitance with Sabrina was all smiles and heart to help. Guide to best food. Guide to how to get around the area. The main st hotel is located on is so beautiful and romantic Via dela Madonna . Lots of restaurants. Bars. Churches. On this same street. My room was a bit smaller than what I thought but that made it more romantic. My window to Via dela Madonna was perfect to listen to all the hustle and bustle of Roman people walking by and the view was breathtaking. Thank you also to Joy, other hotel manager who suprised me with a bottle of sparkling wine on the day of my actual birthday. I felt we were treated like family. Super clean room and rest of staff was incredible. Thank u for making my first trip to Rome unforgettable!!!!
