Great location. Lovely staff. Problem with the toilet when we first got there but they fixed it immediately. Nice and clean. Generally quiet but could still hear other guests - could be a problem for a light sleeper.

The location is a must, very close to Piazza Spagna, Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon (walking distance). Easy access to subway station (a few stations to Colosseum, Vatican Museum and other touristic spots). Staff is very friendly and gave us all iformation needed for a fast check-in and check-out.

There are very few rooms but it is a great area with a lot of shops and sidewalk Cafes. It is a little quirky getting in but the staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped us book a shuttle to the hotel from the airport and to a cruise ship. We didn't have a car and it would have been hard to park there. It was about a 2 mi walk to the Vatican and the Spanish steps were closer. There is plenty to do within walking distance and a lot of quaint and high endshops.

Lovely boutique accommodation at a reasonable pric

Lovely little boutique hotel. We had the triple room which was very roomy. The ladies on reception very helpful and the room was well maintained with glorious large windows overlooking the quaint streets below. A wonderful area for restaurants and bars and very walkable to the main attractions of Rome.

AMAZING stay !!!

The service was top notch. Roberta checked is in and we were lucky that our room was available early. The triple was perfect for me, my husband and 10yr old son. And the BEST location!!! I was also very impressed with the air conditioning unit. It was amazing and we slept like kittens.

It is at a walking distance from main attractions and restaurants, yet, the rooms were very small, there is no reception personnel most of the time, it is more a kind of an air bnb than a hotel with a small room.

Very nice place, excellent location. Close to restaurants high end shops. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Gisele was very friendly and accommodating. The only issues were that the wifi never made it to our room despite the staff multiple attempts to fix it. Also the toilet seat was very loose and came off. The soap holder was missing in the shower. Soap and shampoo bottles were on the floor. Would still go to that place. Can’t beat the price.

The location is perfect! Right near a tube station and around the corner from shops & McDonald’s. However, the room was small and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. My back is suffering after 3 nights. It felt like I was sleeping on a concrete floor.

It’s very close to everything. We only needed the room to rest and shower while we were out exploring, so it was okay for us. The shower is a little smaller, but gets the job done. The hotel itself is a little bit older, there was cracks in the walls and the baseboard fell off a few times next to the steps in our room behind the doorway. The room does not come with breakfast, but offers coupons to a not so very friendly cafe. The coffee and food in the cafe were great, but service was not good.
