Excellent place to stay if you want to be with 5 mins walking distance to St Peter’s and the Vatican. On a street thats pedestrian only with a lot of stores and restaurants. Sara was an excellent host who accommodated our early arrival and made sure the room was perfect. The room and bath were very clean, modern, and spacious. The view out our window was incredible. Of note: the main entry is a beautiful set of wooden doors with no distinguishable markings. Once inside it’s on the 6th floor. There is an elevator but it only accommodates 2 people at a time. Someone with mobility issues may struggle a little. Overall, it was a great choice and would recommend it highly.

Breakfast was no breakfast, it was a cup of coffee and a pastry more like a snack. Our toilet broke down the second night of our stay, we were without a working toilet for 24 hours it’s not a hotel it’s a guest house. The shower is very small. There’s noise all night long. There is no staff to assist you at all, only way to communicate it’s through WhatsApp. Good location and good view from our room.

Great location to the Vatican! Vouchers for breakfast at the Lemon Grass! Awesome little cafe, delicious croissants, and cappuccinos. And the best gelato! We were there 2 nights and both nights ate across the street at Osteria Faruso because the food, staff and atmosphere was amazing. Room Inn Vatican was clean, quaint and owner was helpful and friendly! We’d stay again!!!

Our hostess Sara was outstanding. Very attentive and communicated with us in a timely manner. I’m used to hotels and hotel rooms. This is a room with a bathroom and at first my wife and I were taking aback. But we stayed there the remainder of our seven days and everything was fine. There was only one chair in the room. We asked Sara for another and she supplied it. Our view from this room was outstanding. We stayed in the superior room. The property is across the street from the Vatican wall north east corner.

Very helpful host. Provided many useful, time saving and money saving tips. Very good communication and service. Only deducted some points due to the building being under exterior renovation and the room needing some updates. However, considering the location in proximity to the Vatican, good restaurants and shopping this is an excellent deal.
