The internet was great. Checking in was a bit a problem, we arrived at 12:57, but reception desk had no service. We struggled to check in online, took both sides some time. Staff arrived after all. We were in. Walking distance to transportation was easy. Location is good. Room had a teapot teacups, but no coffee or tea. I guess we had to bring it with us or purchase it from nearby store. Overall we were ok

Excellent customer service. Franchesca was very friendly and welcoming. Location is very close to Metro station, only two stops from Spanish steps and 15-20 minutes walk from Vatican City. Clean bathroom. Clean bed.

Good value for money. Near to city centre, close (only 1 block) to bus & metro, bars and supermarket around the corner. Super friendly host Francesca makes you feel at ease. We had the Premium Quadruple airconditioned room, which met our expectations for 5 nights sleep and afternoon naps. When in Rome, will certainly book again.

Italian Gem 💎

Great little apartment, with substantial facilities for our 3 night stay, comfy beds, and easy to use virtual key. The most beautiful host, who was very informative and made us feel very welcome. Round the corner is a lovely Italian bakery & deli, with much more on route to the vatican, and close to Lepanto metro station with easy access to Rome centre or it is about 20mins to walk crossing the river. Would highly recommend 👌

We arrived at 4 am and were sent directions for check in ahead of time, however they sent us the directions and key for the wrong room in a hotel 20 minutes away, which we had to walk to. When we got there, they had double booked our room and we walked in on someone sleeping. They did not even offer us so much as an apology for the inconvenience. The air conditioning also did not work.

Não volto nesse hotel nem de graça.

A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso aos transportes públicos. A Franchesca, responsável pelo atendimento, foi muito atenciosa. No entanto, o check-in presencial com horário limitado pode ser um inconveniente para alguns hóspedes. O quarto era pequeno, conforme descrito, mas a limpeza era simples. O maior problema foi o colchão e cama do quarto que eu fiquei nº 31. Era tão desconfortável que prejudicou significativamente minha estadia. Acredito que um investimento em colchões de melhor qualidade seria fundamental para melhorar a experiência dos hóspedes. Considerando o preço médio de 115 euros por noite, esperava um conforto maior, especialmente no quesito cama e colchão, a gente anda o dia todo pois estamos fazendo turismo e a hora que chega temos que ter o mínimo de conforto e o colchão e cama é sem dúvidas um dos maiores conforto que uma hospedagem pode dar. Nesse quarto colocaram um colchão em cima do outro, o de baixo era estreito e o de cima mais largo, eu só conseguia dormir depois que o corpo não aguentava mais ficar acordado eu dormia assim, dia sim e dia não. Observação: A maior decepção foi a cama e o colchão. O colchão era extremamente desconfortável, impossibilitando um bom descanso. Infelizmente, essa experiência negativa me impede de recomendar o hotel." Nesse hotel tive uma experiência decepcionante.

Vicino alla fermata della metropolitana Lepanto. A 20 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Pietro. Stanza e bagno di dimensioni confortevoli e sistema di chiusura porte all'avanguardia, che ti consente di non avere chiavi in tasca. Peccato per la pulizia e l'usura dei mobili.

Logement très bien situé. Bon communication avec Francesca et très bon accueil de la part de son frère Pascal. Le logement est un intermédiaire entre un hôtel et une location de particulier. Ne pas chercher d'enseignes dans la rue. Le logement est très bien situé dans Rome, pas dans l'hypercentre mais dans un quartier calme et proche d'un métro. possible aussi de rejoindre à pieds plusieurs points touristiques. Le logement était propre. Il manquerait peut-être une ventilation dans la salle de bain mais c'est un détail

Near town.

Stayed here about 10years ago, thought I would come back. Very disappointed on stay when arrived staff put us up at a different location and then had a us move to their location the next night. Not good when you just traveled 13 hours. Rooms was dated, bed was hard. Thin walls can hear all around you. Stayed on the couple nights booked and moved to new location. Staff ready to shove you out the door at 10 am check out time. Not impressed and would not stay again.
