Not not a hotel. It’s a small step-up from a hostel. Very very basic to say the least. Black mold in the bathroom and I texted the guy and he replied ‘okay’ and didn’t offer to move me to another room. 1 towel for the whole 5 day stay. Stay away from here

Great location and that’s where it ends. This is most definitely not a ‘deluxe room’. Incredibly basic. The shower was dreadful and the hairdryer did not work - we had to wash our hair with water bottles from the tap as it was so bad!! No change of towel for 5 days and one bin in the bathroom only which was overflowing by the end of our stay. Wish we had seen the Google reviews before booking. Recommend the local area but find somewhere else to stay!

There was no in person contact with the hotel management. We communicated via WhatsApp. The light in the hallway stayed on all night and shined in our room. The hotel curtain didn’t cover the window, so needless to say, the room never got dark at night. The shower was a dribble and couldn’t get to work any better regardless of what we did. The leak from the shower hose gave more water than the shower head. The toilet had to be flushed multiple times when flushing for no reason other than it just didn’t flush. The AC barely got cold enough for the room to be comfortable. The bed frame under our bed kept collapsing so we woke up with so much back pain from being uncomfortable the whole night. Would not recommend staying here.

Struttura deludente per vari motivi. Tra quelli sostanziali: 1) servizio check-in pessimo, ho dovuto scrivere più volte, fin dai giorni prima dell'arrivo, per avere le informazioni su come accedere e alla fine ho dovuto telefonare perché ero arrivato al portone senza sapere come entrare; non capisco perché tanto mistero per una prenotazione pagata in anticipo, anche in caso di arrivo prima dell'orario classico di check-in 2) i cuscini avevano un cattivo odore, ho rinunciato a usarli; le federe erano pulite e stirate ma evidentemente i cuscini non vengono lavati o sostituiti da parecchio tempo. Aspetti di scarsa cura e manutenzione: sedile del water ingiallito e soprattutto scrostato, quindi non totalmente igienizzabile; porta della doccia scardinata dal binario, quindi si staccava completamente con difficoltà di chiusura; 3) nessun ripiano porta oggetti in bagno e nella doccia; 4) interruttore luce di fianco al letto visibilmente rotto.

Das Zimmer ist klein aber okay. Die Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch. Das Bett war gut. Das Bad war nicht gut. Die Toilettenspülung ging zum Teil nicht, die Dusche war undicht, ständig war der Boden nass und beim Duschen kam teilweise kaum Wasser raus. In den 4 Tagen wurde das Zimmer nicht gesäubert oder neue Handtücher gestellt. Es gibt zwar WLAN, aber im Zimmer funktioniert es nicht. Man muss für den späteren Check-In extra zahlen, dafür das niemand vor Ort ist und man nur Bilder geschickt bekommt wie man in die Unterkunft kommt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Aber die Unterkunft würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.

Das Zimmer ist klein aber ok. Die Einrichtung ist sehr Low Budget. Es gibt keinen Schrank, sondern nur einen Kleiderständer. Das Bett war bequem, aber es waren fremde Haare auf det Bettwäsche. Das Bad war eine Katastrophe, Extrem klein. WC Spülung ging teilweise nicht. Das Wasser in der Dusche und beim Wasserhahn kam zeitweise nur Tropfenmässig raus, so dass einem das waschen zeitweise nicht möglich war. Es gibt keine Stellplätze im Bad. Die Türe der Dusche ist direkt beim ersten duschen auf einen gestürzt, die Aussage nachdem man den Besitzer darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat war "die Dusche ist nicht kaputt sondern leicht defekt" Das Zimmer wurde in 4 Tagen kein einziges Mal gereinigt und die Handtücher dementsprechend auch nicht gewechselt. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist gut, aber ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Es gibt mit den Besitzer nur Kontakt per WhatsApp, es ist kein Personal vor Ort.
