This property is great if you are looking for a central location within walking distance of many sites as well as the metro that will link you to popular parts of the city, the airport and train station. We received a warm reception and lots of good advice for our trip to Rome. The room was clean, modern and comfortable.

Francesca was an amazing host! She contacted me before I even arrived to introduce herself, provided me with great restaurant recommendations, and was always available throughout my stay. Great stay- would recommend!

Our hosts were amazing! Incredibly friendly as soon as walked in the door and were very attentive. The room was spacious, clean and comfy! The location is perfect, smack bang in the middle between the important landmarks you need to see in beautiful rome. Would highly recommend laurina33! The free breakfast provided was also a great addition at a little cafe next door. We had a great stay- thank you!

Fabulous stay

The hotel was everything we had hoped for and more, extremely clean well appointed good space, quiet at night, and if that wasn’t enough, Francesca, it wasn’t amazing hotel manager and host. Couldn’t have been happier with the stay, and the location can’t be beat.

Laurina 33 was a wonderful place to stay. The location was minutes from the Spanish Steps and walkable (less than half an hour) to most everything else. Our room was clean and modern. The included breakfast at the cafe next door was delicious with ample choices. But Francesca and Marco --- who run the hotel - make Laurina 33 truly special. They both went out of their way to make you feel at home in Rome.

We loved our stay at Laurina 33! The location was perfect, right by the Spanish Steps and 10-15 mins from Trevi Fountain. The metro station was also a few blocks away making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The hotel itself was fantastic, nice clean rooms. Francesca was so lovely, always greeting us with a smile and there to help with anything we needed. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome.

We are so glad we stayed at Laurina 33. Marco and Francesca were amazing. They would go out of their way to assist you. This was the best place we have stayed in during our two weeks of travel. The location was at Piazza Del Popolo and access to Borghese gardens. Even though it’s a busy area, the place was extremely quiet.

Really nice property for someone who wants to come to Rome to explore the city centre. It’s not too loud, is within walkable distance to most areas. Very clean room and bathroom. Lovely little cafe next door where breakfast was included in the cost of our room. Francesca was so lovely and warm and made us feel very welcome. Marco was so kind and helpful. Would definitely be staying here again when we come to Rome!

Great boutique hotel in a great spot!

This is a small boutique hotel that is located in a great spot. We walked to Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Steps, literally hundreds of shops and restaurants around. We tented scooters for the landmarks that were a bit further away. It’s clean and modern but the service is the best thing about it. Francesca is the sweetest and she is very helpful. Marco is also great. Although reception is only there until 4pm, they leave you with great instructions. Breakfast is at the cafe downstairs and it’s great. My husband and I will be back. FYI, it is a walk up by stairs, there is a small elevator that we didn’t use but it is working.

Outstanding and clean hotel. Marble and wood. Perfect for 2 people. €14 cab from train station but subway is close enough with 10 min walk with no significant stairs. Easy to find and self check in directions texted to us were perfect. Very good attention to customers. Had restuarant decide close for a holiday and propriator communicated to us well in advance to accept offer of pastry and cake. Restuarants in area are fabulous and with easy walk to subway for one contactless swip your at Vatacan or Colluseum.

The room was very clean, comfortable and contemporary. You can't beat the location. You can walk to most places or take a taxi and be there within 10 mins with exception of the airport. Breakfast is included. I don't understand the complaints about breakfast. It's literally at a cafe that's outside the front door and 10 steps away. They offer 4 breakfast options, American, Italian, Continental and something else which I don't remember. The American is just like we want it, a lot of food! An omelette, bacon, toast, Jam, freshly squeezed OJ which was impressive and coffee or Tea. It's not a Parisian Cafe nor a dining room at the Four Seasons so if you're looking for that you'll be disappointed. Most impressive about this place however is Francesca and Marco. Managers/ Receptionists. I emailed over a month before our stay about restaurant recommendations and Francesca immediately messaged me back with at least 6 detailed options with locations. A week out I emailed about transportation from the airport as well as something special they might be able to accommodate for my son's Birthday who would be turning 20. They did not disappoint. Lastly, I spent 4 hours in the airport waiting for our luggage which did not make it on our flight. Marco sent self check-in instructions as he would be off by the time we arrived. Surprisingly when we finally arrived at the hotel, Marco was still there. Now that's going over and above! Can't say enough about this place!

Laurina 33 has clean and comfortable rooms in a convenient location near shopping and taxi/ride-sharing pickup spots. Laurina 33 was a wonderful stay, I can't say enough good things about it. The location was very central and we were able to walk to everything. The room was top notch and super clean; the AC worked great which was such a relief during the summer. The free breakfast was also a great bonus for our stay.
