Struttura molto pulita e in posizione strategica (venti metri da Piazza Risorgimento, capolinea di molti autobus, e 200 m dalla fermata Ottaviano di metropolitana). Junior sempre disponibile e sorridente, dal check in all'ultimo minuto. Camera silenziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort (bollitore, frigorifero, tv, inverter caldo-freddo). Nightmarish experience

The 2 rooms were booked four months in advance and yet when we reached, there was no one available to let us in the room. After buzzing the bell for 35-40 mins, we walked in because another person buzzed us in the property. A contact number to Alex was on the door and on calling him we were informed that the rooms were overbooked and there was an alternate apartment about a mile away, where arrangements had been made. No transportation was provided. We had to drag our bags to the other apartment, Alex refuses to answer our repeated calls and our breakfast package booking was converted to a room only and we were returned €2.50 to cover breakfast charges. A nightmarish experience with a terrible host Alex who couldn’t care less. Terrible Terri experience. I recommend to never book this place

When we reached the property, thhe owner said that he had no such reservation in our name..He then said that the bathroom was a mess and was not functional and so he cant accomodate us there. He shifted us to another hotel which was in a bad shape Also we were made to roam around searching for that hotel, in the rains We had planned on visiting the vatican museum that day but that too couldnt happen as we had gotten late bg almost 3 hrs due to unproffessional and irresponsible behavior of thd owner and of expedia.com

Close to Vatican

Alex the host was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming once we met him. He gave us a great overview of the city of Rome which was very useful in getting around. The hotel has no front desk and you have to arrange in advance to meet someone to let you in. In all fairness this information was listed in our Expedia booking confirmation email, but we did not notice it until after the fact. It did make for a challenging check in process. The hotel was very clean and the air conditioner worked very well and was extremely welcomed. However, the wifi was spotty at best. Breakfast was minimal. The overall feel was like a hostel with a private room. If you are looking for clean, affordable lodging very near the Vatican this is your place, and I would recommend. If you need flexibility in your check in, consistent internet access and a hearty breakfast I probably would not.

Such a nice and quiet place that’s tucked in right by Vatican museums, which is about a 5-10 minute Wall. Downstairs is a top notch gelato spot and it was walking distance to the main tourist attractions in the city (pantheon, colosseum, etc). Alex helped checked us in and he is awesome. Very responsive and so nice and accommodating. Room was spacious with good working AC and WiFi. Would recommend!

Perfect Location and Service

Is a Bed & Breakfast, so better set an hour to arrive to the facilities as they have to give you the keys of the building, apartment and room. Great service, I did not have room for my last night in Rome and they book a place for me in the same building and take care of my stuff. Breakfast is not great, need more protein. But everything else was perfect.

Al centro del vaticano

Il B&B è di fronte alle mure del Vaticano due minuti della piazza del Vaticano, due minuti all'entrata dei musei del Vaticano, cinque minuti dalla metro fermata ottaviano,quindi ottima posizione per scorrazzare in Roma. Il b&b è stato ristrutturato recentemente con mobili nuovi ma materasso scomodo e cuscini molto flosci da cambiare immediatamente. Nella camera interna vi è un rumore esterno molto fastidioso. La colazione, anche se è compresa nel prezzo, è molto povera con alimenti di scarsa qualità. La signorina che curava tutto molto gentile. Rapporto prezzo-qualità buono per Roma.

Rigtig fint til prisen. Fin stand og god beliggenhed. Hotellets morgenmad er ikke noget særligt, men der er det nødvendige. Beliggenheden er fin i forholdt Vatikanet. Og 20 min gang til alle de store servædigheder i Rom. Alt i alt fint ophold, hvis man bare har behov for et sted at overnatte.

We were bumped, arriving at the hotel receptionist told us they did not have any room for us, although they indeed had the payment and the reservation from hotels.com. We were sent to another hotel Excel Roma Montemario, that was outside the city and had to take taxis from over 22euros to move to city

適合去梵蒂岡旅遊住宿地點

在梵蒂岡城牆外地點相當方便安全，機場巴士直達。床非常舒適得到很好的休息，地點在二樓樓下是餐廳晚餐時間會有手風琴與聊天的聲音，樓下有超有名的老橋冰淇淋。早餐種類少但可以。淋浴間比較容易積水。一切都還好也不錯。
