The room was clean and the area is great. We only spent a night. There’s an elevator but you need to climb 10 steps to get to it. And when you arrive to the floor, you have to take another 3 steps down.

We stayed here for two nights and found the property to be clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The directions were perfect and check in was clear and easy. I found the room to be clean and comfortable with good places to put bags and clothes after a day in the city, and the bathroom had plenty of space for my toiletries. I did not see any sign of pests in the bed or anywhere else, and I actually slept better on this bed than I have in any hotel in a long time. The shower and the tub were great after long days walking around and the tub in particular was great for kids. I really liked that the shower, while doorless, did not spray water all over the bathroom like they often do. I was able to put our clothes on the window ledge next to the shower and they were dry after using the shower. That's a small positive thing but man it is annoying in hotels in Europe! I would definitely stay here agin.

We booked the suite with a jacuzzi tub and the room was great. Nice bathroom, good sized room but this was definitely a switch and bait. They have several properties and did not show the entrance to this property, because if they did we would have never booked. We both have back issues and had to lift our bags over several stairs before getting to the TINY elevator. 2 people max with luggage. No foyer or reception area, just a door with graffiti lined walls around it just off one of the main streets in the Jewish quarter. The location was good but we feel really deceived. We paid almost as much as the 5 star hotel we stayed at in Barcelona and there was no comparison. No coffee in the room. Had to figure out an older machine in a common kitchen area which was very outdated and not the cleanest. Staff was only thrre a couple of hours per day. They did arrange transport from the airport, which was great and reasonably priced. I think I know why, most cab drivers wouldn’t k is the address. Tv was covered in acrylic to protect from the moisture of the soa tub but that meant you had to stand right in front of it to change channels etc. absolutely annoying. Cleanliness was good. Room was a 4 out of 5 but would never recommend due to exterior and entry process. This was not even a 3 star. We stay in only 4 to 5 star hotels. We feel really taken advantage of. The price was not commensurate with the overall experience and breaking our backs lugging our luggage. Big thumbs down. 👎

The property is in a great location for exploring Rome on foot. Communication with the owners was good, but the property is run-down and in need of renovation. The lighting in the bedroom is very poor, and there are none of the cushions, throws, etc. shown in the photos used to advertise the property. The shower is in particularly poor condition; the head does not stay in place, and the runners are dirty. Also, the plug in the sink does not work. Overall, the property was very disappointing and does not merit the score of 9.5 from 95 reviews. Please think carefully before booking this property.

Great place to stay in Rome! The staff are super friendly and we felt very safe and secure in the accommodations. The location is perfect for touring around as it walking distance to all the hot spots. Would definitely recommend.

Perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man Rom zu Fuß erkunden möchte. Wir haben die Lage der Unterkunft sehr genossen, trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Morgens wurden wir von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe und vom Hauptbahnhof im Rom kommt man super mit dem Bus in die Unterkunft. Beim nächsten Rom Besuch würden wir wieder dort übernachten.

Good location

The location of this B&B was great and the superior double room was comfortable. Communication with the host was also good. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, it needed some deep cleaning, did not feel comfortable stepping into the shower.

O quarto era confortável, contudo o isolamento acústico muito ruim pois se ouvia tudo dos outros quartos. No site está como hotel, entretanto é como se fosse um alojamento, pois não havia recepção 24 horas. No site também, informava que havia café da manha, inclusive com avaliações positivas, contudo foi disponibilizado voucher para consumo na cafeteria da esquina dando direito a 01 suco, 01 croissant e 01 café/capputino e nada mais. Bem localizado e a meio caminho dos principais pontos turísticos de Roma. Cercado de boas opções de restaurantes e pequeno mercadinho Carrefour.

Resimlerde gösterilen oda ile konakladigimız odanın alakası yok. Resimlere aldanmayın. Genel olarak italyada paranızı fazla fazla alırlar ama sıfır hizmet sunarlar. Resepsiyon yok, watsaptan video gonderip girişi tarif ediyorlar. Resepsiyondaki kişi guler yuzlu ama konaklama vergisi icin surekli hatirlatici mesaj atiyor. Makbuz istedim, gonderecegim dedi ama gelmedi.

To expensive and to small

We stayed at this "hotel" for a weekend Fridayto Sunday. I loved the location of the "hotel". I'm writing "hotel" since it was an apparently which had been transferred into five-six rooms. It was nearby to Pantheon and Piazza Nevona. The bed was horrible: first of all it was short! I'm 186 cm and I was to long for the bed and my feet had to be outside the bed. It is quite uncomfortable trying to sleep a place where you do not fit. Second of all the pillows was horrible. It felt like it just was a folded towel. It was uncomfortable and hard. The housekeeping forgot to clean our room. We had a break in our room between 4 and 5 pm on Saturday. At four o'clock it had not been cleaned. A representative from the hotel knock on the door at five o'clock apologizing that they forgot. At that time it was to late for us and I told the manager that we would soon leave (hint hint). When we returned later that night it was still uncleaned. It is definitely not worth the price.

Hidden gem

The location is perfect, everything is walkable. The room is spacious enough for one, a little dark due to very small window. The host is welcoming and helps with everything you need, including a WhatsApp message prior to arrival with video on how to locate and open doors to the property

It's the perfect stay for a weekend trip. To go sightseeing all of it can visit by foot. The room was very pretty and clean. The service was excellent. She was very helpful. Thanks for that!
