Pulizia ok, staff ok, self check-in senza contatto ok, anche se ho dovuto scrivere svariate mail per avere le modalità di check-in (PIN porta ingresso e PIN ingresso hotel). Purtroppo i punti di svantaggio sono dati dalla estrema rumorosità della stanza (le finestre sono installate per finta, si sentiva ogni minimo rumore della strada adiacente) inoltre l'acqua calda della doccia era a temperatura insufficiente con un getto veramente debole. Sistemate queste 2 cose, l'hotel va bene, in linea con quanto pagato poiché i servizi offerti vanno bene.

O apartamento é exatamente como as fotos, mas a localização não. Ele está bem mais longe do que mostra o alfinete no mapa do Expedia, por volta de 800 metros. Isso faz muita diferença, porque Roma é uma cidade em que o turista anda muito, e depois de pegar o metrô para voltar no final do dia, cansado, 800 metros é uma distância enorme! Coloque o endereço no maps.com e você verá a localização correta. O check in é confuso. Não tem recepcionista. Providencie um chip de celular para, se precisar, falar com Lucca, o responsável, que por sinal foi muito prestativo. Tive problema com o fogão no primeiro dia: Não tinha gás. Ele só conseguiu resolver o problema na tarde do 2° dia, mas disse que seria estornado o valor de uma diária pelo inconveniente. Ainda estou aguardando esse estorno aparecer na fatura do meu cartão, mas tenho minhas dúvidas se isso acontecerá. Se voltaria a me hospedar lá? De jeito nenhum! Longe demais!

Vi ledte efter et sted centralt men ikke for dyrt. Vi blev positivt overrasket da vi fandt ud af vi have et køkken samt stort køleskab med fryser, stort (nyt) badeværelse med LED lys m fjernbetjening til fest i badet og endda en altan. Desuden var det nemt at få fat på personale (der er et telefon nr til dem). Dog lidt svært at finde det, men kigger man på adressen og går ind i den bygning der står - ender man på 3 sal og så er man det korrekte sted.

Only in one room where there is a kitchen the air conditioner works in a warm mode. In the other rooms, the air conditioners only cooled, it was cold. But in one room the air conditioner was heating .. only in one. Только в одной комнате, где есть кухня работает кондиционер в теплом режиме. В остальных комнатах кондиционеры только охлаждают, было холодно. Но в одной комнате кондиционер нагревал..только в одной.

There was no reception, I had to call multiple times because there were issues with check in. I was unaware that checking in at anytime would be difficult because staff was supposed to meet you at the apartment as there was no 24hour reception desk. Because of this checking in at your convenience can be very confusing. I couldn't find the right apartment easily as the apartment is inside a building of multiple different hotels and in the middle of another hotels rooms. I made sure that check out was early enough to make my tours, but the staff was late which made me have to rush. It would have been nice to have some sort of reception desk. Overall, the room itself was great.

Cheap and maybe cheerful. Totally basic but great central location. If you are prepared for something totally basic and only want somewhere to sleep this is for you, otherwise pay a little more.
