This is such a lovely place to stay in Rome, while a little far from the major attractions, it’s fairly accessible and in a nice neighborhood. The hosts are so welcoming and cheerful, they bring so much life and positivity to this property, the rooms are basic but perfectly comfortable and the air conditioning is a blessing in the summer! The free breakfast is also nice, with fresh juices and coffee as well! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We visited here in September. This was a perfect place to stay. Truly Italian! We had a room over the forecourt with a gorgeous little balcony where we could sit with a coffee before our started, it was also perfect for a cheeky Vecchia before bed. The building is old and oozes that amazing Italian feel as soon as you arrive. The entrance to the rooms is quite renascence with opulent chairs and furniture. The room is basic but actually really in matching to the building itself, tall ceiling, huge chandelier, tall open doors. The bed was amazing! So so comfortable. The bathroom was modern, with a great shower, wc and bedet. Breakfast is in a small room, it’s got an amazing coffee machine! An espresso was our daily start! Breakfast is pastries, jams, fruit and yogurt and cereals. There is also a toaster for making toast. It was perfect for us, as we didn’t want to fill on a huge breakfast as we wanted to eat lunch out. Overall it was just perfect, the area is amazing, plenty of restaurants nearby. 30 walk (it was a hot day!) to the Trevi. Due to the heat we walked to the taxi rank about 5 mins and took a taxi to where we wanted to go, not expensive. We will certainly book here again when visiting the stunning Rome. Big thank you to the family, your accommodation is wonderful 🇮🇹

Very safe neighborhood with some excellent restaurants nearby. We didn't take any public transportation so I can't comment on how close the hotel was to buses or the underground. The room was a bit bleak but I believe it matched the photos. The breakfast was adequate but not many options. Cappucino, tea, juices, various pasties, cakes. For the price and a few nights it worked.

Very disappointed, I read reviews before I booked and thought this would be a good experience based what others had said. I contacted them before arrival and thought someone would be at the property, but we found an envelope taped to the door with a key. Our room was not cleaned until the last day , we were there 5 days, no clea. Towels were available, no linen change, there were holes in the threadbare linens. Walls and floor were dirty! The bed was very uncomfortable! And had a bumpy feel. Worst bed I ever slept in! And no one ever at the property to talk about problems there. Then they described the breakfast as a buffet: there was only cake and croissants, with coffee if you know how to use the Nespresso machine. The location was described as close to the train. Station, it is not! It is outside city walls and a $20 taxi ride to go anywhere! There is no shopping or restaurants nearby, be warned, if you are looking for any assistance, there is no one at the property. We did not see anyone till we were leaving, so they could collect the city tax $! I feel this property was totally mis represented! I do not recommend to anyone.
