テルミニ駅から徒歩2分程で着きます。 分かりづらいロケーションではありますが、Expediaのメッセージまたは電話にてチェックイン段取りをしていただけます。 ホテルの入口は建物の中庭にあります。 従業員の方はとても親切で、不明点があればすぐに回答してくれました。

Nice place to stay, excellent location

Clean room, excellent location, found some weird people on the road in front but I felt safe anyway. Excellent for the price and location, staff was courteous and helpful. I recommend this place.

Låg bra men i lite obehagligt område och Badrummet hade en konstig lukt när vi var där. Killen som hyrde ut det svarade snabbt när man behövde hjälp med något.

Staff always replied quickly and was very helpful. Hard to find as sign is small and hard to see. Very close to train station which made easy transit.

Location was perfect for us, just round the corner from Termini. We had a slight issue with our room but the staff ensured we had somewhere to stay for night 1 and moved us to our booked room for night 2. Basic accommodation but we spent minimal time in the room - you are in Rome!! Room did not have a lock which was concerning as a female travelling with child, we barracaded the door with our luggage at night! Staff very kind and helpful.

Basic stay, but convenient location. Little bit hard to find but once we had found it it was fine. Area was a bit rough but didn’t affect our stay. Host was very helpful and the rooms are clean beds are very comfortable. So all you need really.

La habitación tenia lo necesario y la cama es comoda, un baño limpio, amplio. La habitación es ideal para las necesidades primordiales, dormir y bañarse, la ubicación es excelente ya que hay transporte muy cerca o puedes ir caminando a varios destinos turisticos. Lo que si es que habia muchisimas hormigas, por todos lados.

Hotel é igual na foto, bom para estadias curtas e passageiras, fica perto da estaçao. Unica observação seria o entorno do hotel que nao pareceu ser muito seguro pra andar sozinho principalmente mulher, fora isso, nao tive problemas.

The apartment is located one block from main train station and Metro, this was the reason to pick the place. There are lots of beggars and street sellers in the area that might make a traveler feel unsafe but we had no problem. The staff person was there on our planned arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Price was very reasonable for two bedrooms with each having a bathroom. Also included a kitchen.

L'accès à l'hotel est difficile pour le situer. La serrure de la porte des toilettes est défaillant. J'ai resté bloquer au toilettes 5 mn. Pour accéder à la chambre il faut avoir 4 clefs.

The room was not what the photo showed had a very bad sewer smell, bugs everywhere. Not at all what we reserved, very discussed n disappointed.

Location: Super convenient being so close to the main train station and close to many great restaurants (walking distance). However, the hotel was in a dirty/sketchy part of the street. We also had a difficult check in process trying to get a hold of the staff. The directions on maps are unclear and there is only one sign for Ines but it’s on a building or two over. We were a quite a bit nervous because the area is not very friendly at night, and we arrived at 8pm. Once we managed to get a hold of them, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness: everything that was really important was clean, but the towel drying rack was super dusty for example Rooms: Bed and pillows were very comfortable and our attached bathroom was nice. The water pressure for the shower was awesome! The AC also worked well and was a welcome relief from the Roman heat outside.

HORRIBLE experience! Room was not the one I reserved and did not have the bathroom attached. They gave me a "studio room" which looks like someone was living there because it still had all their belongings in the room. The person who took us to the room told us they had a problem in the originally room reserved and they did not have any other to offer me. Room had a very strong tobacco smell. The bed area had a curtain separating from the small living room but the window did not have any curtains. The bathroom across the hall did not have any A/C and was not possible to stay there more than 2 minutes. We never got the room we reserved! ***Not worth the money!!!!

værelse og toilet var OK, men der var mange grunde til ikke at booke hs Ines... Jeg blev bestjålet af personalet - jeg havde en pung med dansk valuta gemt væk i en taske der forsvandt og ligelede en neglebørste. Derud overfjernede de håndslben på toiletet efter en uges tid?! Låsen på indgangsdøren blev skiftet pådag 2 -uden dog at jeg blev varslet. Jeg tingede til nummeret jeg var blevet oplyst, denblevdog ikke taget. Mit held var at døren gik,nogle skulle ud. Der mødte jeg manageren - han spurgte om det var mig der havde ringet to gange... Ja, så han have hørt opkaldene. Han sagde jeg skulle ringe på et andet nummer (som jeg ikke havde), så sagde han at han havde sendt en kode til døren. Jeg fandt ud af at det ikke var tilfældet -hans kommentar var at han havde tænkt at gøre det...Touristskat skal man jo betale i Rom - han opkrævede 14 x 5 euro, som jeg så betalte. Jeg tjekkede det på nettet, som klart siger at man max må opkræver for 10 overnatninger - det gjorde jeg ham opmærksom på, pg der ophørte kommunikationen så. MEN, det værste var faktisk gaden. Der kom urtoligt meget støj fra gaden af den anstrengende slags - unge mennesker der går rundt og råber og skriger. Man tror det stopper, men nej. Fra ca.8.30 til 4.30 kører mere eller mindre permanent -jeg tror de bor i gaden. De unge chikanerer forbipasserende og slås indbyrdes på daglig basis. De hplder til lidt til høje for vinduet, Lidt til venstre er der en neonoplyst butik,hvor der foran butikken bliver solgt stoffer.
