Def a great place

Close to everything like 1,4 km from Colosseum. Easy access to restaurants. Most amazing restaurant as a neighbour with such an amazing staff. Staff from B&B text you a bit much.

Our stay was comfortable and clean. Only issue is the constant opening of emails to get site login information to get into locked doors. Stairs were tedious but we knew about them in advance.

Good basic rooms not too far from Termini.

The room was OK. The bathroom was clean modern with lots of hot water. I was not a great fan of their electronic check-in, but maybe I’m behind the times. I and another guest had trouble opening the door with the key. I never saw the owners, but they were very quick to respond to any problem on WhatsApp.

There are no words to describe this place and I was just reading the reviews some are good some are not good yet the owner of the place was responding defensively instead of assuring guests that moving forward they will make it better…Out of 5 stars , it’s a negative 5 through and through especially with the amount of money charged….and to the people who operates this place don’t respond no need .And to Expedia it amazes me how are you vetting this place…

First able the room was not ready. The building seem that was being remodeled so that could be the reason for not being ready. The maintenance person was nice and gave me the keys since I never received a code until I got there. It is very small and it look like someone got in when we were not there. Nothing was missing but I did not feel all right. The worst was the smell .. we opened windows but the smell was there. The room was clean and remodeled. The area was ok close to the colosseum about 23 minutes walking.. metro close by

Camera singola angusta e sciatta, un bugigattolo. Bagno privato ma fuori dalla stanza (in fondo al corridoio), scandaloso. Tv non funzionante, condizionatore portatile non funzionale (genera piu' calore che frescura), per fortuna non era caldo. Serrature porte mal funzionanti e rumorosissime! Colazione inesistente, c'e' una cucinetta dedicata sciatta, come la camera, e senza nulla da mangiare! Pulizia camera e bagno sufficienti. Unica nota veramente positiva l'assistenza da remoto tramite numero d'emergenza, comunicazioni tempestive e puntuali, anche attraverso whattsapp, valutazione eccellente!

Det var ett fräscht boende, lite litet men överlag väldigt bra. Det var enkelt att ha kontakt med boendet under vistelsen och instruktionerna om boendet var tydliga. Personalen på boendet var trevliga och läget var gångavstånd till det mesta.

Séjour décevant, points négatifs : complexe pour obtenir les clés, assez bruyant la route extérieur côté chambre , coin cuisine je dirais plutôt coin pour travaux avec échelle pots de peinture ect... Nous avons appelé pour le signaler mais c'est resté tous notre séjour (4 jours.) Manque de vaisselle nous étions 9, il n'y avait que pour 3 personnes, donc resto midi et soir. Pas assez d'eau chaude pour tous le monde. Quartier loin des monuments à visiter sauf pour le colisee à un bon 15 mn à pied. Point positif : la literie pour 2 personnes est bien, le ménage était fait.

Pros: 15 minutos a la zona coliseo y foro romano a pie. Buenos restaurantes cerca. Bien comunicada tren-metro-bus. Contras: En la reserva dice que hay limpieza de habitaciones, pero no hubo en los 5 días que estuvimos. Tampoco cambios de toallas. No hay nadie físicamente para solucionar problemas, todo vía whatsapp. Edificio muy ruidoso. Olor extraño en la habitación (tabaco/humedad). Ventana cubierta por andamios de obras. Las puertas se abren con aplicación móvil (dependes de la conexión y batería, incómodo). 3r piso sin ascensor. Ducha concepto abierto = agua por todos los sitios. El peor papel de váter que he visto nunca.

Pros: check-in instructions were clear, owner was responsive via messages, location is close enough to walk Neutral: Leaving money in the room as payment shows honesty from the owner but is slightly disconcerting in terms of whether received (host responded via WhatsApp promptly when receipt requested). Cons: very noisy (guests talking, doors banging) until around 2am and then from 8am meant we hardly slept. Not the nicest area

La posizione è ottima, pieno centro, vicina a Colosseo e ad altri monumenti storici. La camera è al terzo piano di un bel palazzo, discretamente arredata e ben pulita quotidianamente. Il gestore Francesco è stato puntualissimo e molto gentile a rispondere alle nostre necessità.

Un hotel muy centrico

Bueno de las tres habitaciones k reserve las dos dobles perfectas pero la individual un desastre, muy pequeña y el aire acondicionado k ponen es un aparato de suelo k hace un ruido infernal, imposible dormir y si lo quitas te Torras de calor. Al final un desastre. Si tienes k reservar la habitación individual no lo recomiendo, sin embargo por el resto perfecto.
