Stay was right next to the metro, which was great for getting our luggage to and from. Location was central to many shops and eateries. Only a short walk to the Vatican and surrounding sights. Nothing new that staff is not there all day, but when I arrived they were right behind me to give me keys and pay tourist tax. Friendly staff and clean room. Perfect for the night.

Apt/hotel within walking distance to Vatican and metro as well as Pantheon,Trevi fountain etc. Must walk up 3 short flights of stairs to room. Room large and clean. Floor a bit squeaky and bed on harder side but was fine for me. Not usually anyone there but you receive all instructions when you check in.

This wasn’t the nicest of hotels, but it was clean. The bed was not very comfortable, we only had two flat pillows. And the bed was like two singles that were pushed together for a double.

Read the property description. This is not a hotel, but a converted apartment into 6 separate room. So there is not really a front desk. There is no elevator. The rooms are on a 3rd floor. The rooms are dated, I booked 2 out of the 6, and the TVs in the rooms were tiny. Would not recommend.

The hotel is quite cute, but there are some things can could be improved in terms of service and communication. Hotel staff was hard to reach, unfortunately. One day we end up having no towels, and we had to dry out after the shower. Location in terms of transport is great, just a minute away from subway, Vatican is also just around the corner. If you are in Rome for a day or two, you can definitely stay here, just make sure to ask all the questions and to communicate everything to the staff when checking in.

Terrible property, all pics they posted on line are photoshopped. Dirty, smelly, spider nets are in the room, furniture is 100 years old, mold is in the bathroom. AC didn’t work for 2 days out of 3….. No elevator, you have to get up tons of stairs to get up. Do not waste any money on this one!

Overall was good. One evening we went to try to leave and the door to the hotel would not open. We were literally locked in. Another person staying at the hotel eventually opened the door and staff memeber did come when called (she was lovely). Convenient location for The Vatican. Stores and restaurants close by.

The facility was lovely: from the marble staircase up to the floor, to the decor in the lobby and the individual rooms. beds a little hard. wi-fi is only good in the lobby. service was slow (eg to get pillows, receipts). but the staff were friendly. great location. quiet neighborhood. would totally stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Acogedor, la habitacion todo el dia climatizada. Atentos , limpieza todos los dias , el desayuno en la habitacion a la hora que tu decides. Si vuelvo a Roma ire a Il Gattopardo Relais. Bares y tiendas por todas partes .Al Vaticano llegas andando en 5 minutos. El metro a 1 minuto desde donde puedes llegar a plaza España y desde alli dando un paseo a Trevi, Plaza Venecia ,Coliseo y Monte Palatino

Rome Mini Break

Excellent Hotel, Location great for all Rome attractions with great access to the Metro. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and recommended a great restaurant (with discount). Breakfast delivered to our room was an addition we didn't expect and was very nice and always on time. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent and powerful. Our only advice to the Hotel would be the addition of more hangers in the wardrobe and to check lightbulbs before a booking.
