This hotel has been closed for over a year. I paid Expedia for this hotel in full, plus local taxes and insurance. We arrived jet lagged late at night to discover this hotel had been shut down. A local restaurant owner managed to get the hotel owner on the phone for me. He told me he had informed Expedia many times and this keeps happening, he doesn’t receive any money from Expedia. I have informed Expedia obviously and I am still waiting on a full refund. They are still promoting hotel. I will never book a hotel through Expedia again!

This was very economical for which I was grateful. The staff were polite and welcoming, the room clean and in good order. The only improvements I would suggest would be the shower really needs more pressure and heat. The flow was almost only dripping. Also, the room ventilation and air-conditioning was poor which meant it was rather a bit too warm to sleep well. Finally the bathroom design was tight. However, overall, as my stay was only brief, it was perfect as it was very cheap and I spent very little time in the room.

Loistava sijainti, erinomainen palvelu

Hotellin sijainti on loistava, keskellä kaikkea. Lähikadut ovat kauniita, pieniä katuja, joilla ei juurikaan liikennettä. Palvelu respassa ja aamupalalla todella ystävällinen ja henkilökohtainen. Lähellä paljon kivoja ravintoloita. Mukava 3 tähden hotelli. Jos haluat 5 tähden luksushotellin, tämä ei ole sinua varten. Olemme olleet kaikentasoisissa hotelleissa ja olimme tähän hotelliin todella tyytyväisiä. Ilmastointo toimi hyvin, mikä oli välttämätöntä heinäkuun +37 lämpötilassa. Ainoa miinus oli huoneiden äänieristys, viereisen huoneen puhe ym äänet kuuluivat meille. Voin kuitenkin suositella hotellia ja menisin itsekin uudestaan!

The location of the hotel was perfect. Not far from the Spanish steps. It was just what I needed. The room was tiny and the walls were thin and I could hear everything going in around me. However, for the money I paid for a flight plus hotel I think it was exactly what I expected. I needed to have a place to sleep but was out and out almost all day every day.

Simpático e bem localizado

O serviço e o café da manhã foram ótimos. O quarto é meio antiquado e pequeno, mas não compromete porque isso é comum na Europa . O banheiro é bom. A localização é excelente, perto da Piazza de Spagna, do metrô, da Via del Corso com bastante lojas, em um bairro cheio de pequenos e muito bons restaurantes.
