ホテルそのものには趣きがあり、雰囲気や設備などには不満はありません。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで、好感が持てました。ただ、駅が近く大通りに面しているという利便性の高さは、騒音の問題と隣り合わせ。緊急車両のサイレンが何度も聞こえてきたのと、どのタイミングでなのかわからないのですが、割と頻繁に揺れます。観光をして疲れていたので寝られましたが、敏感な人は避けたほうがいいかもしれません。

地下鉄の駅が近く観光するには便利なホテルです。建物が古く良い味を出していますが、床やドアの軋み音が気になりました。朝食は混雑なくゆっくり頂きました。

目の前のパブがうるさい。 石鹸の補充も最初から無かったのに、頼んでも滞在中入れてもらえず。冷蔵庫の電源も入らなくて使えなかった。

直接無理のホテル
価格の割に立派なホテルでした。交通の便も悪くないし、朝食が無料なのが最高でした。

Whenever I come to Roma, I reserve and stay at this hotel. It is not new and modern but has some good atmosphere as a hotel with long history. The equipment is old but is installed well. Near to the Metro station and Termini, it is very convenient.

テルミニ駅から地下鉄で一駅ですが、徒歩でも10分足らずなので、歩けます。バス停もすぐ前で便利です。予約の時に３ベッドの部屋だったのですが、違ったので変更にも対応してもらいました。フロントには日本語が話せるスタッフもいらっしゃいます。朝食は種類が豊富でおいしかったです。またローマに行くときは滞在したいと思います。

部屋は広くて水回りも綺麗です。 ただし、箱に入ったチョコレートをベッドの横の机に置いていたら、次の日には小さな蟻がたくさん入っていて驚きました。冷蔵庫の外に食べ物は置かないほうがいいです。 アメニティは少ないので出来る限り持ち込んだほうがいいです。 部屋によると思うのですが、シャワールームの片側にドアがないので、気をつけないとトイレや床が水浸しになります。

良かった点 オペラハウスの反対側且つ歴史ある古い建物を用いているので、オーナメントとエントランスがかなり凝っていた。併設しているレストランが10時半まで使えるので、夜遅いチェックインでも食事可能。スタッフの対応はその人によって異なるがおおむね良好。部屋は広く、快適で使いやすい。 悪かった点 テレビの受信が悪く、電源入れてチャンネル変えると何故か暗くなる。スリッパがサービスになかった。

This is a very nice property with friendly staff. The location is great, however the restrooms are hard to deal with. They have a bit of an odour and our shower opened right up to the floor so the entire floor was soaking wet when you showered. Breakfast was also enjoyable. Beautiful terrace views.

Location couldn't be beat, but our hair dryer didn't work, and it took 2 days to get fresh sheets with no stains. Very very loud from 5am on as our room was near the maid storage closet. Staff was nice, but some upgrades are needed.

The staff are very helpful, it’s very excellent location easy access to the metro to all attractions area. Location is the best. Bed is comfortable and room is quiet. But the building needs lot of maintenance. The toilet bowl bottom leaking water and on and off has smell from the washroom. Telephone is not working. Breakfast is just average.

Albergo in zona stazione Termini , facile da raggiungere . Vicino alla metro e su una via dove transitano molte linee urbane . La prima camera che ci era stat assegnata non era da hotel 4 stelle , troppo angusta , polvere sull armadio , biancheria da bagno di scarsa qualità. La seconda camera più spaziosa , un po’ retró ma con un certo fascino . Hotel che ha visto sicuramente fasti maggiori una ventina di anni fa .colazione abbondante ma di media qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile .

Not seeing the property when booked, my first visual impression was "WOW". The staff, beautiful hotel, and guestrooms were very impressive. As an historical building, the common areas and rooms are up-to-date but kept the elegant charm. We were treated politely and well. A great hotel in a wonderful location.

The staff at the front desk were not very welcoming and couldn’t care less that we were tired after a long trip to get there. When I checked out they didn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stay. Only two flimsy bath towels were supplied and the other “towels” were linen and not absorbent at all. I remember staying there in the past and we had slippers and robes, but none were supplied this time. The wooden floor felt dirty, so luckily I had brought my own slippers to wear. The location is great and the breakfast was good, but that’s all. Will not stay there again.

Beautiful elegant reception downstairs, old world Italian charm, but a bit disappointed in my room, which I hoped would follow suit. A sizeable room, which was great, but pillows terrible and was expecting a nice decor bedspread, but just “sheets” when we walked in. Asked for a second chair, but she said “no”. In all though we enjoyed our stay- wished couple next door would not have talked so loud next door late into the night.

Charmantes Haus aus der Jahrhundertwende, für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Ansprechendes Restaurant mit Plätzen im ruhigen Innenhof mit gepflegter Gartenanlage. Personal durchgehen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage Nähe Bahnhof Termini ist ideal um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die zur Straße gelegenen Standardzimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet aber sehr klein.

The hotel had a lovely courtyard and sitting area. We enjoyed the history of the hotel as well. The central location made it super convenient to walk everywhere. Plus they had an excellent breakfast spread every morning.
