Room was great. We only inteded ours for sleep. 20-30 minute walks to basically every tourist attraction+great resturants and a 10 minute walk to the train station allowing you to move about anywhere in the city or country without having to spend money on taxis. Staff very friendly and helpful. Laundry very expensive so plan accordingly. Also the tourist tax is 6 euro per person per day (cash only) so make sure you account for that in your budget.

Efficient, friendly staff with travel tips, eg. Use Repubblica Metro station (not Termini due to the risk of pickpockets). It’s an older hotel with older fittings & decor but everything works well, eg. Powerful aircon & shower. Also, very helpful staff at Reception & Breakfast (10€ pp). Good location, 5min walking distance to Conad City supermarket. Safe area with police cars parked outside the hotel etc. Easy commute on Metro to tourist sites etc.

I chose this hotel for one night because of its proximity to the Rome Termini train station, the good reviews, and the reasonable price. The receptionist was kind. The room was nice, with a wardrobe, a wide comfortable bed, and a paid minibar with reasonably priced drinks. The bathroom was clean and soap was provided. The hotel had an elevator. It was quite suitable for my overnight stay before my trip

Near the termini

It’s a funny little hotel but it’s very conveniently located to so many things. I did feel it was expensive for the quality but that is the way Rome goes sometimes!

Exactly what we were expecting.

Extremely easy (and cheap to get to Venice). Overheard my kid telling a friend how nice the woman at reception was… this is quite an endorsement.

The staff is very friendly, the property is clean. Breakfast is overpriced. Our room had no windows, just two skylights. Not sure if I missed that in the listing or if the room we were given didn't look like the ones in the listing?

I hate to leave a negative review, but honesty its hard not too. The rooms are too small, and make you feel like you're in a college dorm. The rooms are incredibly dirty, filthy even, and look as if they had never been cleaned. The light switches were black with filth, there were stains on the walls including blood and snot rockets, maids simply adjusted the sheets instead of putting on new ones, and on top of all that they tell you that you can't eat in the room. Get real, most places have room service. And you'll pay way more than you should for such poor quality. Stay on the other side of town, youll be much happier.

Excellent hotel

Excellent. Sorry to be picky but it would have been nice to have an extra quilt in the room. There were two extra pillows but 4 people so not enough. The TV remote was broken and taped back together so that did not work. The lift is very slow. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location is good. I would stay here again.

Let me begin by saying that we pay A LOT of attention to reviews here, and all of our decisions on what hotel to pick are based on them. Having said that, I’m unclear how this hotel is so highly rated. Elevator broken often. Daytime staff member less than friendly. Key system failed us on multiple occasions, but the staff said it was our fault for having multiple keys which we didn’t because every time we needed a new key we surrendered the old ones. Also, we booked this property because the pictures show a quaint room with lofted ceiling and ours was nothing like that. And last, we paid our city fee the night before we left but the person at the desk tried to collect it again the next morning insisting that it was not paid, but I intentionally kept the receipt in a handy place because things just didn’t seem right at this place. After I offered my proof, he said that his colleague must have forgot to mark it in the system. Best thing I can say is that our room was clean.
