Perfect location for walking to all that first time visitors to Rome would want to see. Comfortable beds, attentive staff and quiet rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect place to stay

Nice little cozy hotel in a great location. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a big bathroom. Ericka was always nice and friendly; she gave us good recommendations about restaurants and the city. We had a great time staying there.

Tiene lo necesario, el cuarto es amplio, baño limpio y una zona céntrica, solo que el colchón estaba hundido de en medio y viejo, eso nos hizo tener un gran dolor de espalda la primera noche, pero todo lo demás estuvo bien.

A great spot in the middle of most of the sights in Rome. Very walkable to the main core but far enough away to enjoy some quiet and not be in the mix of a crazy crowd. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They even contact you on WhatsApp with recommendations of places to eat. I would most definitely stay here again.

Location is excellent. 10 minute walk to most tourist sites. Taxi rank and bus stop outside. Staff were very friendly and Erika gave some great food recommendations

3 night stay in the heart of Rome. We could walk to the Coloseum, Spanish Steps and many nearby restaurants.

First impressions were very poor when first arrived and checked in. Check in was from 11am and we arrived at 12.30pm and were told by reception staff our room was not ready until 1.15pm. We were not impressed nor happy, we told to leave our luggage on the side of the reception with no supervision and to return after 1.15pm for a room. There was no secure luggage room for our luggage, we expressed our disappointment re the luggage and the response received was it's not my responsibility if anything happens with the luggage. We demanded the receptionist to check with the cleaning staff if the room was ready and the cleaner responded by saying our room was ready from 12.30pm. It seems there is very little communication between reception staff and cleaning staff. We eventually check into our room. The room was average comfortable with good air-conditioning but the bathroom was very poorly cleaned. We enjoyed our time in Rome but for next time we'll be staying elsewhere.

Very clean hotel, easy late night self check in instructions. Staff super friendly! I like how far you can pull two beds apart. Slightly larger beds than usual for double bed rooms. Close location to Termini. We enjoyed our stay and there is also a fridge!

Clean and amazing customer service!

Our stay was wonderful. Great service and assistance upon our late arrival. Leo helped us find good food and even found us a hotel to stay at to finish our trip. He was always happy to help with all our needs! The room was very clean.

Clean rooms and good service

Staff was helpful and nice. Our room faced the main road but noise level was acceptable. Shower a little hard to use as they only have half of the stall covered so you are afraid to get the whole bathroom wet.

Undvik till varje pris detta hotell. Trevlig personal, men stark mögeldoft i båda våra rum. En av oss fick en allergisk reaktion första natten vilket tvingade oss byta boende pga hälsa och säkerhet - men hotellet vägrade att på något sätt ersätta för kvarvarande nätter.
