Great location, Marcos was an outstanding host, the room was of a perfect size. I would have like to get clean towels at least once since we stayed for 5 days. Also city tax had to be paid in cash, which is unusual in hotels. We plan to come back.
Very charming B & B! Absolutely loved the delicious breakfast that was served by George. Really enjoyed the area and the sights. I would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent location. Post is nice. The bed and pillows could use a little bit of an upgrade. Other than that, the room is clean and was an interesting place to stay.
The property was amazing. Marcos and his staff were fantastic. Outstanding experience in Rome thanks to the wisdom and guidance of the staff. Thank you from the Bishops
This B&B is tucked away on a quiet street in Trastavere which provides a break from all the tourists. There are lots of restaurants nearby, so it is easy to walk to something good and interesting. The owner was very helpful, and the breakfast is a great opportunity to compare notes with others visiting Rome. I will definitely stay here again.
This property is in the heart of Rome! The Colosseum is a short walk away. Restaurants are also very close. A short ride to Vatican City as well. Enjoyed the stay.
Like staying at your grandparents house. Not modern but charming clean and comfortable. Marco was so helpful and it was nicely tucked away from the crowdedness of Rome across the River. Still able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. And there are lots of places to eat quite close by.
This place was a hidden gem!!! George greeted us and was very kind. He made breakfast for us each morning and made our stay very comfortable. We met the most wonderful people also staying here and couldn’t have been more pleased. The location was within walking distance of everything, and the establishment is clean and well taken care of. No corners were cut, and George went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
Wonderful location and amenities. Beautiful room. A bit noisy in the evening but very quiet at night. Comfortable bed.

The guest house is in an area ( Trastevere) conveniently situated for seeing the main Roman attractions. Its outward appearance may be a bit deceptive for North Americans as there is a definite air of decaying grandeur which can initially take one aback .
The owners and the staff are wonderful and can’t do enough to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The owner’s wife makes wonderful table linen as a hobby, which she sells at a very reasonable price. Since it is a hobby she has a very limited supply though.
The hotel was old and charming however it was quite cosy and a little small. Air conditioning in the common areas would have been nice. The breakfast was good
Wonderful people. Breakfast with Marco who is very knowledgeable all things Rome was a pleasure and very helpful. So was George and Gianna. They made Rome personable in an otherwise crowded with tourists everywhere trip.
For us, the experience was magnific. But it is important to emphasize the: FOR US. Me and my wife love to know a city, walking all over it. I also like to run in the mornings. The location is perfect for both interests. Marco, his wife and the people working on the hotel were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is varied and well served. We left very early and the taxi they have ordered to pick us up ws punctually waiting for us.
It was my second stay and I found the guest house as welcoming as the previous time. Giorgio, the manager, is a wonderful host and Marco, the owner, makes the most amazing jam, on top of having maintained the place to feel like an authentic Trastevere apartment, but with comfortable beds and working showers, plus the most wonderful air conditioning! The area is very quiet, no traffic noise outside the windows. Keep in mind the building doesn’t have an elevator.
Enjoyed my stay at this quiet, safe guest house in a beautiful part of Rome. I found myself wandering the streets of Trastevere many times, which never got old. The owner made sure to be there for my late arrival and took the time to review a map of Rome with me and provide touristy suggestions. My room was very sweet with a private terrace accessed through the window (steps going up to it). Breakfast was perfect; selection of breads, jams, cheese, tomatoes, yogurts, fruit, cereal, and homemade cake. Abundance of highly rated restaurants within walking distance. Check out Sette Oche just around the corner; it's delicious! NOTE: you'll encounter at least a couple flights of stairs (no elevator) and the door to the actual guest house (once you've entered the building) can be very tricky. Be sure to turn it to the left very hard! Also, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're uncomfortable with no one (aside from guests) being there for the majority of the day. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and would return!
