快適でした

スタッフは皆さん親切でお部屋も広くて綺麗でした。立地もよく、窓からはサン・ピエトロ寺院も見えます。近くの美味しいレストランなど色々教えてくれました。また滞在したいです。

Overall a modest and comfortable room with AC to keep the room cool. A simple breakfast with a few options and a kind staff keeping it orderly and stocked and making as many coffees as we wished. Also, a nice Neighborhood close to the vatican with many restaurants

Si tratta di una struttura ricettiva in un palazzo antico . Il check in viene fatto in un luogo diverso da dove si alloggia . Regole di check in molto stringenti per chi viaggia (entro le 2000) . Colazione misera, letto matrimoniale con due materassi uniti . L’acqua a pagamento è in bagno mancava il bicchiere per gli spazzolini . Ho pagato 217 euro per una notte . Una follia . Mai più . Il vostro servizio di assistenza inutile . Non siete riusciti a mettervi in contatto con la struttura . Esperienza da non ripetere su tutti i fronti . Viva gli Hotel .

They allow for early check in, which was very convenient after a long trip, but the remote control of the TV did not work and there is no other amenity in the room or building.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Wir konnten noch vor unserem Check in unser Gepäck deponieren, damit wir die Stadt erkunden konnten. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und vollkommen ausreichend. Wenn man eine Unverträglichkeit hat oder Sonderwünsche konnte man dies vorab mitteilen. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber mehr wie ein neuer Anstrich wäre hier nicht nötig. Die Einrichtung ist genauso, wie auf den Fotos. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber. Man bekommt ausreichend Handtücher und sogar Hausschuhe. Am besten liest man die Nachrichten, die man erhält gut durch und dann weiß man auch genau wo man hin bzw. klingeln muss. Die Metro und die Busse waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen, so dass man auch gut das Colosseum und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen konnte. Zum Petersplatz war man auch schnell gegangen. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants in der Gegend. Es fährt ein Bus-Shuttle zum Flughafen (FCO) ohne Zwischenstopp. Haltestelle ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ticket 6 € pro Person. Hält direkt vor dem Terminal 1

That location of the place was good. The problem we had was that the AC was not working properly so the place was warm. I asked and they did provide a fan to make the room cooler.

Mycket centralt boende i fin byggnad. Personalen var välkomnande och trevlig. Var väl informerad inför vistelsen då personalen tog kontakt via Whatsapp. Rummen var rena och rymliga, ganska enkel standrard men duger väldigt bra för en weekend i staden. Kan varmt rekommendera.

Property was nice, 1 bedroom had room for up to 3 people and had air-conditioning. Two things that could be improved would be to add a full length mirror in the bedroom and the shower water never got very warm.

The only thing unique is the location! For me personally l would rather stay off the town but to have a nice well organised property to stay with good honest staff.l have paid £1500 for 2 bedroom suites with two private bathrooms, for 4 nights l booked for 4adults that is 2 couples . The descriptions of the flat was so convincing with closets or cupboards,sitting room,living room! That's how was advertised !with a lot of other's things ! like 24/7 shuttle bus to the Airports,concierge,etc etc all lies! The flats literally one bedroom without a door and the next area a small room without a door with 2 children beds nothing else no closets or cupboards nothing to hang the clothes or towels no baggage racks to put our bags up! the beds are two low for me physically challenged it was a nightmare to sleep and to wake up and stand up in the morning . Immediately l reported to refund me so l can find another property and l reported to Expedia too l chatted with 5 different agent and promised me will get you either your refund or chane of the room l spoke to the lady called Grecia she told me give it a few minutes and l will call back l waited for the reply not even a curtesy to return my call back ! Second day l called her back and she promised l will change your room and she never change or called me back.Another incident the air-conditioner was not working l reported the same day l checked in the men who check us in he promised someone will come to repair no one came!
