Travelled with my wife and 2 children, and stayed in the junior suite. It was great value for money, plenty of space with 2 made up (comfortable) single beds and in our room a bonus of 2 toilets! Breakfast had a great variety and to top off was only 7-10 minutes from 2 different metro stations for quick access to the centre. Parking was also secure, gated off underground)

Nice stay in nice neighborhood

Pleasant stay for 5 days in Rome on "bleasure". Excellent location in quality neighborhood, with good express bus & metro connections. Hotel and room of high quality, as expected for the price of a junior suite. All amenities in good condition, with excellent housekeeping and friendly, efficient service for our special requests. Recommended place to stay, a bit more quiet, away from the city centre.

My first solo holiday abroad by myself so I was very anxious the hotel was very easy to get to and they helped to organise a hotel transfer e.c.t. Some staff were more helpful/welcoming than others/recommending of facilities in the hotel e.c.t. but it felt safe was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is highly recommended. The room was simple but very nice and the gardens were well kept. The décor was fabulous and if I was to stay in Rome again I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Fenix.

The hotel is good but..

The hotel is good but it definitely needs renovation: we had a big room but it’s definitely old. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. It was impossible to get the room a bit warmer. The breakfast was very good, maybe the best thing of the hotel. The check in was also good, as they gave us the room very early. The staff was nice.
