It locates on a beautiful street, close to bus stop and lots of good restaurant. That being said, it’s quiet at night so we were not bothered by any noise. Room is cleaned every day, towels are changed every other day. Highly recommend this place in Rome.

Great location, in front of cool restaurants, funky shops and a mini markets. Clean and very well equipped to make the stay comfortable. Walking distance from the train station but best part was the staff: helpful and responsive. Would comeback if traveling there again.

Nice room in great area of the city. Francesco (host) is very attentive/helpful. If you’re looking for a good room in the heart of Rome this is a spot. The room is for those who are mainly going to be out and about.

This is NOT a hotel, which is what we were expecting and why we booked after staying at multiple airbnbs on our Italy trip. This is a room that requires a complicated self check-in process that requires data (which didn’t work in the building so we had to do it downstairs), clicking a link in an email and entering codes. We couldn’t deposit our bags before or after checkout because there’s nowhere to leave them outside the room so we paid for a luggage storage. It was impeccably clean and pretty quiet since the room faces a courtyard. For the price, it was nothing special and the whole automated setup was disappointing. Outside the room, there is a coffee machine and some tea, with a tiny seating area and that’s all for amenities. Would not book again.

My daughter and I stayed at the Fantini in extreme temperature in Rome and were so grateful for the location as we would come and go several time during the day. Strong A/C, nice shower, confortable beds. This place is perfect!
