Nice place, clean, great host, not a hotel though, no lobby or staff 24/7 but they definitely are on top of your needs, well located, longer walk was about 20 min. Friendly Host and newer rooms.

The property was perfect! Not too far from the all the main tourist attractions! Room had a great balcony and the staff was wonderful! We had a third guest and they even pulled out the second bed and had it made for us when we walked in! Check in was simple and felt very safe in the property and around it.

It was close to the train station and restaurants. Relatively close to central Rome (20ish minute walk). We were expecting a hotel but it was one floor in an historical building. Seemed like it was brand new so everything was very nice. Staff were excellent. They arranged a car to get us to the airport which was appreciated. No complaints.

Very nice,new property. Clean, decent size rooms and bathroom. Great bed and pillows. Great location for food and attractions. Forget about parking, walk or cab to location. Excellent family owned restaurants nearby. Real Italian food, not touristy. No beggers!

Our stay at DolceVitaSuite in Rome was okay but not quite what we expected. The rooms were modern and clean, and the location was excellent, within walking distance of many popular sites. However, we didn’t realize this was more of a “rent-a-room” setup rather than a full-service hotel. There’s no 24-hour front desk, concierge, or typical hotel amenities. The rooms were also not very quiet; we could easily hear noise from the hallway, and the bed was quite stiff. Overall, it had more of a hostel feel than a hotel experience.

No tienen desayuno, ofrecen chips; café de cápsula. Cuarto agradable pero pequeño. La ducha pequeña con poca agua y la temperatura del agua inestable, a veces te quemas y a veces te congelas en el mismo baño. Hay 2 gradas peligrosas: al entrar al baño y al entrar al hotelito de 6 habitaciones, en ambas tropecé. Una noche se fue la luz en mi habitación, se desconectó la resistencia.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Zimmer! Das Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt, auf 'Extrawünsche' (zweite Bettdecke) und alle Rückfragen wurde umgehend reagiert und auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal. Viele Restaurants, Supermärkte sowie mehrere Bushaltestellen sind schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!
