I travelled with 2 kids and the location is so convenient. It is close to nice stores and an amazing Italian restaurant downstairs. The walk from Roma Termini was 15 mins and Coloseum was just 20 mins. The hotel was very responsive, the person at the front desk was so nice and helpful. They also offer a taxi service to the airport. It costs a little more than an Uber but I needed a cab for 3:30am and I liked the peace of mind knowing we will get a cab at that time. They have a relaxation room with free coffee and tea. The only issue we had was finding the hotel initially because there no big sign in front like most hotels. I highly recommend the hotel. I would definitely go back!

Great

Great hotel. Very central and easy access. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is every other night it sounded like someone was walking around with a leaf blower at 3am for 10 minutes straight. But the actual hotel were great.

Great value for money! Lovely staff

Staff were lovely, great location and great value for money. Could be cleaner, a lot of dust especially underneath the bed. Maybe supply extra bedding during the winter months as a thin sheet is very little but other than that we had a wonderful time in Rome and in Dem Hotel!

The stay was difficult, one room had a pull out cough only and was uncomfortable. The staff made promises to change the room and did not live up to that promise. Also, we were told a ride was included to local airport, however, a fee was requested for this service. The water pressure in the showers were low and barely provided a way to remain clean during visit in Rome.

Expedia misguided. Rating is wrong. Beds are bad.no cups to drink water. Lots of noise s all the time. Bathroom is not cleaned daily. No one in the reception to ask questions.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was tiny, with no windows and barely any space to stand. The bathroom was ridiculously small and completely uncomfortable. There was no trash bin at all, and when we asked, the staff said “we don’t have one.” The fridge didn’t work, and basically nothing in the room was functional. When we tried to cancel and get our money back, they refused. This place is a scam and should not even be called a hotel. Stay away at all costs!

Værste “hotel”

Det havde intet med et hotel at gøre. Badeværelset lugtede konstant af kloak. Om natten blev der højlydt arbejdet en etage under os. Billederne er i den grad misvisende. Intet morgenbuffet kunne tilkøbes. Det var en kaffeautomat og 2stk små youghurt og mælk i køleskabet. Intet andet. Sengen var ok. Placeringen ok. Men bør slet ikke figurere som hotel. Alt er misvisende Slet det hurtigst muligt Rigtig dårlig reklame for jeres bureau.

Propaganda Enganosa

Tivemos uma enorme decepção. As fotos divulgadas no site do hotéis.com no Brasil não correspondem ao local. Nas fotos divulgadas, os quartos, o mobiliário e o banheiro estão novos e modernos. Quando você chega no local, nota-se que o mobiliário já está desgastado pelo tempo e as paredes estão sujas. Além disso, não há privacidade alguma. A porta do quarto onde ficamos era de frente para a recepção, a menos de 1 metro de distância. Local pequeno e apertado. Trata-se de um apartamento com alguns quartos. O local onde é servido o café da manhã é sofrível, com apenas 3 mesinhas velhas com tampo de madeira, totalmente diferente das fotos divulgadas no site. Café da manhã sem variedade alguma. Outro ponto negativo é a internet. Nunca está disponível. Precisavamos nos comunicar com os familiares no Brasil e reclamamos ao staff que em um dia justificou que havia um problema técnico na internet, em outro justificou que o problema estava na área de localização da hospedagem. Estranho, porque fomos no Mc Donalds que ficava duas ruas acima para ver se conseguíamos usar a internet e havia disponibilidade. Não havia reposição satisfatória de amenities. Tivemos que pedir sabonetes e shampoo. Apesar de todos os contratempos as meninas da recepção e o rapaz que serve o café da manhã são muito amáveis, a cama é confortável e o banho é quente. Mas isso não justifica o preço que se paga, pela má qualidade do lugar. Não volto nunca mais e não recomendo. Propaganda enganosa. Fotos enganam.

The place was really nice and cozy, and overall we had a good stay. It was clean, had enough space for us to comfortably lay out our luggage and belongings, and the air conditioning was a big plus. We also felt it was good value for money. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk around most of the time, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also very close to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and many other attractions, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were also very nice and accommodating, which we really appreciated. The only minor issues were that the Wi-Fi was quite slow and didn't really work well during our stay, and the place was a little confusing to find at first, as we only realized we were at the right place after seeing it on the buzzer. The building also has an older elevator, which was definitely an experience, but it was better than having no elevator at all, especially with luggage. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good value for the price!

Quarto pequeno. Uma coisa que me chateou bastante foi que paguei a reserva com direito a café da manhã, chegando lá tive a surpresa de que eles não serviam café e que teria acontecido um erro. Não sei se é culpa do hotéis.com ou do hotel! A recepcionista falou que trabalhava lá a 6 meses e nunca serviram café enquanto ela esteve lá.
