Personal super freundlich! Wenn was ist sind sie direkt drauf eingegangen und waren jederzeit erreichbar! Es gab jeden Morgen ein cornetto und der Kühlschrank wurde auch jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Das einzige war Papierrollenhalter und Ablage in deer Dusche waren nicht mehr fest. Ansonsten super Zimmer gemütliche Betten, Schrank vorhanden. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

We verbleven er 6 dagen. Goed gelegen, 5-tal minuten van metro. Rustige straat. Kamer was altijd netjes. Als er iets was, altijd goed en snel geholpen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

The staff at the property were amazing, very responsive and we were able to book another room at short notice. Hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from Vatican City and within a stones throw of great restaurants.

Great little place. What we really loved about it was how walkable the surrounding area was. About a 15 minute walk to the Vatican museums and about 30-35 minutes into the center of Rome. Tube and bus routes were also within 5-7 minutes making it super accessible. Great dinning options within 100-200 meters. We really enjoyed the daily brioche they would order for us as well as the restocking of water and juice in the mini fridge which is all included in the price. The rooms are small, but great for two people. Lastly the Aircon worked great, which was absolutely necessary during these hot Rome summer days.

I had a wonderful time at Charming Roma this past week. Lorenza and Federica were very kind and helpful. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and a short 5-minute walk from the Ottaviano metro station. The Vatican is also a short 15-minute walk from here. They arrange for fresh croissants to be dropped off every morning; keep your fridge stocked with water, fresh fruit, orange juice, etc.; and tidy up your room every day at no additional cost. I would highly recommend staying at Charming Roma.

Lovely charming little B&B

Charming Roma is perfectly located for exploring the Vatican area with excellent transport links to the rest of Rome. The staff are lovely and they bring you a croissant from a local bakery every morning- a gorgeous touch! The terrace is lovely to sit on when the weather is nice. I’ll absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Rome.

The stay was pleasant however, you could hear everything in your room, slamming doors and people talking loudly until around 2am. During our 7 day stay the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Very nice stay

We hade a wonderful visit and was very well treated! my wife hade her birthday and after a long day walking we hade a bottle of rose waiting for us at the room, so nice. They also fixed the airport transfer wich worked super and was at uber price level. Placed in a good neighborhood very near the vatican but not touristy. Would definitely stay her again

The place is clean and well maintained, in addition to its quiet neighborhood. The owner of the house was really nice and helpful. In terms of convenience, it’s truly a big plus to visit Vatican and its wonderful museum.

I did not see a staff member since checking in. Even on departure no one was there!! Very noisey, cramped room.

Quaint stay near Vatican City

Nice stay close to the Vatican City. Room on the small side, but comfortable with good amenities. There is no on-site parking, even though it said it was available, so we had to find a garage several blocks away and pay 40 euros per day, so be ready for that. Locks are a little tricky as you have keys for a front gate, door to the hotel, and another key to your room. Front desk is staffed minimal hours. But overall proximity to historic sites made it a good choice.

Really comfortable bed. Check in lady was so lovely and gave us a map and a verbal explanation of where everything was in Rome. Room was stocked with snacks and water Dailey. And croissants delivered to us every morning. Location was good for walking to sites. I wish the bathroom was larger but overall clean and comfortable place to sleep

We were treated like royalty and enjoyed the modern facilities. Lorenzo & Federica (?sp) were so kind and helpful to us and accommodating to setting up taxi rides, advice about anything and directions to very nice restaurants, terraces and gelato!!!

Charming Roma is situated in good location, which is only within 10-minute walk to St Peter’s Square and the Vatican City. It is also surrounded by supermarkets and a lot of nice restaurants. If you want to travel to other part of Rome, it is only 5-minute walk to the Metro station. The place is clean. The breakfast is continental which you can find fruits, yogurt, orange juice in the fridge. Croissants will be provided at 8:00am in the morning. If we will go out before 8:00am, they will leave the Croissant inside your room, so you won’t miss anything.

We had a wonderful stay at this small but charming hotel. The location is perfect, right next to Vatican City, making it an ideal base for exploring Rome. The room was comfortable, and we felt very much at home. A special thanks to the hotel staff, especially Lorenza, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality made all the difference! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
