You have to make sure u have WiFi to use the QR code to get in to apartment before. We had a little trouble because we didn’t but they opened the door remotely communicating through what’s app helped greatly, nice terrace over looking street with view of coliseum

Overall, we had a very good stay at Bellezza al Colosseo B&B and Apartments. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time in Rome. Everything was going well until our last night and the morning of checkout, when we had no running water. We couldn’t shower, wash up, or even take care of basic necessities, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially while traveling. Aside from this issue, our experience was very positive. It’s unfortunate that our stay ended this way because we genuinely enjoyed the property. Hopefully, management addresses the water issue so future guests don’t experience the same inconvenience.

Location, location, location. 2 blocks from the Collosseo. Make sure you take advantage of the 20 percent off coupon for the restaurant across the street, Bocconcino, the food was good and about half the cost of others.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The location was incredibly convenient—just minutes from the Colosseum and all the nearby attractions and amenities. There were so many great restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy authentic Italian food every day. A fantastic gelato spot was only a few feet away, which was an added bonus for our family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!

Sergio was fantastic at checkin and thru entire stay. The apartment was beautiful and comfy. Check-in and check out went smoothly. Transport to the apartment from the airport was complimentary which was unexpected.

Excellent location Rome center. Very helpful staff. 2 minutes walking distance to the coliseum, walkable distance to most historic sites. One room appears to be more humide, understandably this is an old building. Otherwise, kudos to the staff vey helpful.

Amazing location, clean and cozy apartment with amenities. Close to Colosseum, lot of dining options. The apartment is little bit far from the office, hard to find address on a weekend if you are new to Rome. Make sure to get the correct address for taxi drop off as it is hard to walk with baggage on the cobble stone sidewalks. Otherwise, the staff are helpful, apartment has everything you need for this stay!! Loved it!

The air conditioner was awesome! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The coffee in the room wasn’t great. I’m not a coffee drinker but husband was disappointed. The main reason for the lower star is 1. The lack of water pressure and hot water. 2. At night we could hear the downstairs patrons at the restaurants until they closed at 2 am. 3. Also, if someone was doing laundry it was loud in the room. 4. The elevator was small we had to make 2 trips to get luggage upstairs. I climbed up and down the stairs with no problem. Overall I would stay here again. Next time I would make sure to pack ear plugs.
