Bella struttura bassa gestione.

Purtroppo non è stato come mi aspettavo,la struttura promette bene,ma è mal gestita. Al check-in l'accoglienza è stata fredda e rapida,minima informazione e il receptionist non ci guardava neanche mentre parlava..faceva altro.Passiamo alla camera,il quale materasso era da buttare affossato e duro,causando mal di schiena e cattivo riposo.Buona la pulizia della camera.E poi la colazione..speravo almeno in quella e invece..nulla..il cameriere a malapena capisce l'italiano..nessuna cura e pulizia.Torte e crostate palesemente recuperate da rimanenze dei giorni a dietro,uova strapazzate finite senza che il cameriere se ne preoccupi..e alla mia richiesta anzichè strapazzato..si è presentato con l'uovo fritto con il tuorlo rotto.Tutto messo li a caso..bicchieri e cucchiaini di plastica in hotel 4 * e tovagliolo stropicciato e umido come fosse stato usato per asciugarsi le mani messo a coprire le fette di pancarrè.Potrei continuare...ma questo per dire..se siete un 4* assumete personale che lo mantenga tale.Peccato.

Moooolto da migliorare

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 3 notti, per me un'esperienza da dimenticare. Un albergo che non rispetta gli standard dei 4 stelle dalla camera, al bagno per non parlare della colazione. Una camera datata con polvere e puzza di vecchio, un sifone della doccia con tanto di quel calcare da non permettere un getto di acqua giusto, mattonelle scheggiate. E infine la colazione con cucchiaini di plastica e bustine di sale e pepe al posto dello zucchero, macchinetta automatica per le bevande calde e scortesia da parte del personale di sala. Sicuramente c'è moooolto da migliorare.

Gutes Hotel für Autofahrer

das Hotel ist ok. frühstück könnte etwas besser sein, aber alles in Ordnung. Die Lage ist etwas weit weg vom Zentrum, dafür ruhig und gute Parkplätze. Wir sind meist mit dem Taxi oder dem Bus+Metro Richtung Zentrum gefahren. 2-3 gute Restaurants hat es auch in der näheren Umgebung.

The property was overall very comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. I did struggle with finding my way around at certain times, although the bus nearby was very useful. It is important to note that the location was further out of town than it appeared to be. The wifi was slow and unavailable in certain areas and rooms.

Siisti, hyvällä asiakaspalvelulla varustettu hotelli. Huoneen ilmastointi toimi, muttei ollut säädettävissä (oli vikaa) joten vaihtoehdot olivat joko paleleminen tai ilmastoinnin sammuttaminen kokonaan. Allasalue hyvä, paitsi meni jo klo 18 kiinni. Olisin toivonut iltauinteja. Syrjäinen sijainti josta kuitenkin 2 bussiyhteyttä metropysäkille (bussit kuitenkin kulkivat ohi aikataulujen joten aikaa kulkemiseen piti varata). Aamiainen hyvä, ehkä hieman suppea omaan makuun kuitenkin.

The staff at bellambrianna were very helpful giving us the best advice on travel and places to visit. There is a free bus to the metro station and 18 euros for a 72 hour pass on the metro this got us everywhere we wanted to go. Never waited more than 5 minutes for the metro so if you want to get about and visit all the famous monuments i would definitely reccomend

Noisy, outdated, pool only open till 6pm, and it was 37c everyday we were there. Hotel is OK, but photos arent telling the picture, day staff were really nice, oh and 3 euro to hire, a towel for the pool, say what now

Veldig fint hotell! Dårlig med Internett, så måtte bruke Mobildata gjennom hele oppholdet.. Bassenget ble ikke renset i løpet av de 4 dagene vi var der, noe som er litt ekkelt. Hotellansatte kan virke litt småfrekke, men du får den hjelpen du trenger. Ekstremt dårlig tilbud av mat! Det er utrolig lite restauranter i nærheten og hvis du kommer til hotellet etter kl 10 på morningen, så har man ingen mulighet for å spise på hotellet før kl 19, som er litt i det seneste laget. Ingen mat tilgjengelig ved bassenget. Det er dårlig med info angående sånne ting fra hotellet. Ellers var det et vellykket opphold.
