Excelente ubicación, buen alojamiento, limpio, perfecto para alojarme con la familia, el dueño tuvo muy buena comunicación con nosotros y dio recomendaciones de comida, donde guardar maletas y centros turísticos cerca, incluso había una pequeña cocina por si la queríamos usar y dejaron para café inclusive! Me volvería a alojar ahí definitivamente

The property is conveniently located, close to Termini, but not too close to have all the fuss. It’s is 15 minutes away from Colossem, which is what we look for. The area is live with multiple local eateries, groceries. The room is not a luxury, but clean, roomy and has everything we need, including an equipped kitchen. Great base to explore Rome. The owner is super nice and helpful, we will definitely consider booking it again next time in Rome.

Very good location, we could walk to the historical area. The apartment was adequate, met our needs of having a place to sleep at the end of the day. The room was clean. The kitchen was very small and not really functional to make meals in, which didn’t matter to us as we ate out. Would recommend this apartment based on its location.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Rome ! Quartier très sympa !Appartement bien équipé, propre et idéal pour 2 ou 3 personnes.Le seul petit bémol est qu'il manque de lumière naturelle.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The place felt so dirty and had a very bad smell. The host was condescending and the amount of repeated messages I got before my stay was very uncalled for. They were for the most part automated repeated messages and if I didn’t reply, the host would email me and message me on the app scolding me about not replying. The location was convenient but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The reason I chose this place is for the space location and amenities such as the kitchen which I didn’t even get to use because of how unclean everything felt. There are also no windows to the outside at all which I wasn’t aware of because they had a “patio” area, I assumed that led to the outside. I felt so trapped and claustrophobic. I was very glad when the check out date finally arrived

This apartment has everything you need after a busy day touring Rome!The suite was very clean and comfortable, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The small kitchenette with a bar fridge was ideal to store snacks and make an early morning coffee. The host Vincenzo provided clear instructions to find the suite, responded quickly to inquiries and was easy to coordinate arrival so the check-in host Anna was there to meet us and showed us around the suite. It went very smoothly.It is a great location to restaurants and little shops, and conveniently located to the Coliseum, Termini Station and other metro stops. I would recommend this location and would stay there again on my next visit to Rome.

Great location.

Vincenzo answered our questions quickly, and the person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This was a good rental property in a very good location. The room is what it appears to be in the photos, and the neighborhood is very good. However, I found the host to be very difficult to communicate with. We had a coupe problems -- i had problems checking in, and after we left, he filed a false accusation against us, saying we'd broken a key and a door lock cylinder and threw trash on the street. But both claims were untrue, we'd never had the slightest problem with the keys, and we walked our trash to the proper bins on the street as per the instructions.

Excellent location being close to the colosseum, which was our highlight in Rome, and within reasonable, walking distance to the station. The host Vincenzo was always very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We had to make a last minute request to check-in early due to our schedule change, and we also had to ask if we could stay behind the regular checkout hour due to our departing flight delay. For both request, Vincenzo made special arrangements with his staff to accommodate our requests. This was such a great help with schedule flexibility- as the outside temperature in Rome was 37 degrees, it would have made our travel very difficult and unpleasant if we had to kill time outside around the regular check-in/check-out hours. I am very thankful for this! If I could rate the host separately, I would give him a five star. As for the room itself, it was functional and clean but felt less like a b&b and more like we were crashing in our friend's apartment with their belongings in sight -it was less aestethic. But everything worked fine for us. We have previously been to places where AC didn't work well, the fridge was weak or shower temperature was a problem- here we had strong AC, fridge kept food cold and shower water temperature was great. *Note to future guests: the location noted on the agency's website was slightly different from the actual entrance. The host shares map image which is more accurate.

It was so nice to use this place while on our trip to Rome. It was close to a few small supermarkets and to a gelato place. It was larger than staying in a hotel room and came with benefit of a small kitchen. There were plenty of clean towels. We did not use the little outdoor area, but it was quite small and cute. We used it hang our laundry that we washed in the sink as it was a private area. If we ever return to the area, we would book it again.

Location was perfect. Just a short walk from the train and a short walk further to the coliseum. There are many shops and restaurants along the way. The room is small but exactly everything we needed and very clean!!Communication was good with great response times. Would stay again!
