Great place for the price. Super clean and felt safe. Staff was very kind and helped out a lot. Only problem was that the wifi did not work in our room, but that wasn’t too big of a deal!

There was nobody there when I checked in. You have to check in by phone. The cleaner also plays loud videos on his phone by your door to let you know he wants you to leave so he can clean. He was mad I checked out at 1050 when check out is at 11. So, the staff are bad. And there really is no staff. Nice room though.

I selected this place because it's fully refundable according to Expedia. Right after my booking, I had to change our stay from 3 to 2 days. Right after my booking, I informed the host for 1 day early check out, i.e., stay 2 days instead of 3 days. I informed the host this change nearly 1 month before our check in date, but the host still refused to refund the 1 day early check out, though he's sold the room for that day. He did not horn his own cancellation, refund policy!

This place was awful! Stay away! Rude owner, threatened to call the police for trespassing when another renter let us in off the street. Listing stated a front desk, which is typically where you check in but there was not one. I tried calling and texting but no reply until another guest called for me, then I was yelled at for using someone else’s phone. We were “upgraded” to a suite that had something spilled on the walls as well as multiple dirty shoe prints. The kitchen had mold in the freezer, a broken tap that leaked, but they were good enough to wrap a towel around it, and there was no cooking/eating/cleaning equipment or supplies, if you were brave enough to use the kitchen!! I took multiple pictures but don’t see where I can upload them here. Trust the other honest reviews and stay away.

The only good thing about this place honestly is the location, but the rest was awful for us. We arrived and had to wait over an hour for someone to come and check us in, and tried calling and contacting them several time with no answer (the phone numbers we found were out of service). When the host finally arrived, he started shouting at us (asking why we didn’t call, but we did call around 10 times) and talking to us in a disrespectful way as if he did not just make us wait for over an hour after all the traveling we just did. Anyway, he upgraded our room for a kitchen that we didn’t need in order to allow himself to remove our breakfast, that was supposed to be included in our stay. But considering the cleanliness of the place not eating their breakfast is a positive thing. Rooms were really dirty, extremely bad smell in the bathroom and beds were uncomfortable. Overall, bad experience here and please trust the reviews, cuz we saw them and ignored them thinking it might be just a few times. But as we noticed after discussions with other guests, this is happening to everyone that stays here. No service, horrible treatment and attitude and dirty rooms. Be aware.

El check in y check out es muy complicado tienes que hablar por teléfonos y no siempre contesta, otra cosa es que tienes que hablar o entender Italiano por que la persona que contesta es muy ruda y solo habla Italiano y si no le entiendes se enoja!!!

Logement bien placĂ© et literie trĂšs confortable, ce sont les seuls points positifs. État gĂ©nĂ©ral peut entretenu, la salle de bain a senti l’urine pendant les 4 jours que nous avons passĂ© lĂ  bas. Et nous n’avons pas osĂ© utilisĂ© le frigo qui Ă©tait bien encrassĂ©. Les toilettes fuient en permanence. Environnement trĂšs bruyant. Un soir en rentrant nous avons retrouvĂ© notre chambre non fermĂ©e Ă  clĂ©, et avons peu apprĂ©ciĂ© de savoir nos affaires Ă  disposition de potentiels visiteurs. Il Ă©tait indiquĂ© dans la rĂ©servation qu’il fallait impĂ©rativement contacter l’hĂ©bergeur 72h avant d’arriver pour avoir les modalitĂ©s d’arrivĂ©e, malgrĂ© nos appels et mails nous n’avons pas eu de rĂ©ponse et avant pu avoir enfin un contact tĂ©lĂ©phonique quelques heures avant d’arriver. Les Ă©changes tĂ©lĂ©phoniques Ă©taient dĂ©sagrĂ©ables.

Upon arrival we called him to get the code for the door, and it was difficult to understand him and suddenly he said “Do you want me to just cancel the reservation since this is so hard for you to understand”. We eventually solved it, and but when I contacted him with questions he didn’t respond me. The apartment is alright but not clean. Good location though. But that is more less what it is. It was also written breakfast but be sure there are no breakfast 😊 Roma is beautiful!

Proprietario maleducato mi ha riempito di insulti al telefono per aver fatto una domanda circa il mazzo di chiavi lasciatomi nella stanza. Sarei andato via ma ho un problema di deambulazione ed ho mandato giĂč il boccone amaro. Umiliato da tali abusi verbali non mi sono goduto il soggiorno. Aggiungo che la stanza Ăš rumorosa e non si dorme la notte.

Bon séjour, c'est trÚs bien situé. J'aurai aimé 2 lits simples et SURTOUT qu'on me prévienne que le "petit, trÚs petit" déjeuner est à 100m ! c'est à "hÎtel.com" de prévenir ses clients, on ne parle pas de :petit-déjeuner compris ( 5 euros pour deux ) dans ces cas-là !!! l'accueil était sympa.

Good, helpful basic accommodation

The manager is extremely helpful and accommodating and the location excellent as it’s only a few minutes walk to Vatican City and a metro stop. The accommodation is basic but spacious and having a fridge is really handy. Breakfast was at a cafe round the corner so was easy to pop in before heading off for the day. The only downside was the coffee provided wasn’t instant and looked like it needed a machine, these items were not replenished while we were there and I would have hoped for the towels to be changed and bathroom cleaned at least once in the 5 days we were there. Overall it was a good place to stay if you’re not looking for anything too fancy and are on a budget.

Si trova in una posizione ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano e a 15/20 da Piazza di Spagna. Ho pagato 70€ per una notte (2 persone) con colazione inclusa. La camera era molto spaziosa, con terrazzino privato e aria condizionata. Inoltre ogni camera ha addirittura Sky. Sono sicuro che se dovessi passare un'altra notte a Roma andrei di nuovo lì.

Vicino a San Pietro

Ci hanno cambiato struttura chiamandoci la mattina stessa. Struttura carina, bagno con water e doccia, lavandino in camera. Comunque confortevole. Colazione con pasta e caffe in bar situato a 200 metri ma che era chiuso a Pasqua, abbiamo dovuto spostarci in altro bar.

Muy buena hubicacion en 10 minutos caminando llegas al Vaticano y la estación del metro Octaviano, éramos 3 personas y el Depa estaba muy pequeño para 3 camas, y por ser departamentos le hace falta una cocina.
