"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. "If I were being picky , I could mention the fact that this property is well kept and very clean . Other than the laundry service missed a few hairs . That is so insignificant; I was wowed by the staff management and the room concierges . This Hotel is so wonderful anytime I’m in this area again I will stay there . "We absolutely loved staying here! My husband and I, along with our two dogs, stayed for three nights over the July 4th holiday. We spend most of our time using the kayaks, going for rides on the large paddle boat and simply floating on the lake in innertubes. Our dogs loved cruising around the lake on the paddle boat with us. The lake is so calm, we were even able to teach our young dog how to swim. The house had everything we needed, we didn't even leave the property the whole time. It was hot out, but all the shade from the trees made the yard a lot cooler, so it was perfect to barbecue and hang out all day outside. The lake was quiet and peaceful. The hosts, Richard and Carol, were wonderful to communicate with. Any time that I sent them a message, they responded quickly. Best of all, they were very friendly and really just wanted us to have the best vacation possible, which we did. We didn't want to leave and hope to come back as soon as we can."

"It was a basic but comfortable room, very clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The price was very good, the property was quiet and well-maintained. I was able to park right in front of my room. Easy check-in procedure & even faster check-out. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others."

"First time we stay at this hotel. The property was clean and appeared well kept. Our room was also very clean as was the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have to leave a one hundred dollar deposit, we found that a bit unusual and our room was extremely cold. We had to turn on the heater.... and it was 97 degrees outside. The breakfast seemed "ok", we went to Denny's instead."

"We enjoyed our stay there it was quiet and peaceful very remote. Great view of the lake/river with quiet neighbors. We stayed cool with the air-conditioned units and lots of ceiling fans since it's 109 degrees. Pet friendly with lots of space for them to roam. Float deck wasn't available due to low water levels but very nice. It is not for anyone who is unable to climb stairs. The stairs to the loft area are very steep and narrow. Otherwise was a wonderful stay. The host was exceptional responsive throughout our stay."
