"It's in the center of town, parking with a fee is well worth it. Fantastic breakfast, with coffee, tea available with small pastries, apple, fruit waterthrough out the day. Small drink frig. at the reception area for small fee as well as various little snacks."
"Well connected hotel to the city, with nice view on the city and comfortable room. The price as well is affordable. Great stuff specially receptionist."
"This is an excellent option if you want to spend some time in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. This property is right next to the old city wall which runs around the old town and there is an entrance a few meters from the hotel entrance, and because it's not right in the heart of the old town, it's quite peaceful after sunset.
The room was small (by north american standards) but definitely served the purpose. There are a lot of antique and old-world touches everywhere while being modern in places like the washroom and having an A/C unit.
The restaurant in the hotel is also very good and the included breakfast was very enjoyable for our family -- though don't expect a waffle station or anything like that. It was a somewhat traditional German breakfast with lots of cold cuts, cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, and some break with various spreads. We loved it.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to experience all that Rothenburg old town has to offer. "
"Excellent spa hotel just a few steps from the castle (the closest you can be). Very close to restaurants and shops from the little village. Nice breakfast and beautiful hotel. Only negatives were that my son’s bed wasn’t made despite the reservation clearly saying it was for 3 people. I had to ask twice before they came to set up the bed. Also I wanted to use the spa on the day of check out and they charged me 10 euros per person!! I didn’t even use the spa on the day before because I had to visit the castle."
