"The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated the more laid back location with easy access to the Hualien Indigenous Center and park on the opposite side of the road."

"Clean room. Very centralized and close to bus station. There is no daily room tidiness. Limited info provided at check-in, but essentially if you want them to take your trash, you leave it outsidee your door. Super quiet. Shower is small and can get very wet. AC works great. We would stay here again"

"Friendly operator, 24 hour coin laundry, free bike to ride, nice coastal bike trail nearby"

"The host was accommodating to let us deposit our luggage before the actual check-in timing. Friendly and helpful staff that offers suggestions and help, they even loaned us bikes FOC to cycle around. Free WiFi in room although the only setback was the mattress is a tad soft to our preference. Overall worth the price paid"
