「Arrived 4pm, until 5pm the frontdesk didn’t found the room key. They asked me not to wait in front of the desk, she asked me to stay away in the lobby… As new room was handled, everything was good. No refrigerator」

「The property was small, cozy, clean and tidy with most necessary facilities Communication with the Sue via WhatsApp worked really well with very prompt responses.The air-conditioning came in very handy.Shame the property isn't closer to local amenities but I knew that when I booked it.Extremely good value for money.It was a shame there was no awning at the front of the property it was far too uncomfortable to sit in the direct sun in the afternoons.」

「Great hotel, it was quiet when we went (end August) no problem with sun loungers, in fact some days it was empty when we got back from the beach/day out. Breakfast had good choices available. Staff were really friendly and helpful. You’ll need a car if heading away from hotel as it’s approx 20 mins from nearest beach. Misoro restaurant well worth a visit. Padel was free and 2 good courts. Definitely would go back again.」

「Great and helpful staff. Near every where I needed to go. Free parking. The rooms were the appropriate sizes (my family booked 2 rooms). I look forward to returning to Elche and again staying at the same hotel.」

「Location is pristine! The listed amenities were half true. There’s no laundry. There’s no bar. There’s no beach lounge chair. Our aparthotel is outdated.」

「The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. The rooftop swimming pool was wonderful although the cocktails were very pricey 🍸🍹. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very early inbound flight but the room was ready early which was very much appreciated, and check out was not until 12 so also worked well. Would definitely stay there again」
